Well, look at how we are putting so many solar power plants in the desert. Formation of desert's is the planet's natural reaction to heating up- unlike tropical areas, deserts do not absorb the heat and energy from the sun- they reflect it. Putting solar power plants in the desert absorbs much of the heat and energy that would otherwise have been reflected in an effort to cool things down. Also, the satellites reflecting solar energy towards us that would have bypassed the earth, is the equivalent of moving us closer to the sun. Now, I can accept that the carbon is causing problems as well, and that we need to cut down on that too, but once again, I see these documentaries and movies as more of a political agenda than an effort to do the right thing.

Amazing that all these movies and specials don't cover the biggest thing we're doing to speed up global warming........overuse of solar power......get those stupid satellites out of orbit, and the power plants out of the desert......solar power is not the answer

JP Losman should start- we've invested the most in him, and it takes 4-5 years to develop a QB. Give him 2 more seasons to show progress. He needs adequate protection, and good, reliable weapons. Look at what Plummer turned into, given time

I'm not worried- JP will struggle....this is his 2nd year, and 1st in this offense. He's bound to get confused at times

I didn't read it- the headline was enough to turn me off. The ESPN people should be criticized- they criticize everyone else! Imagine publishing a website accusing Stewart Scott of using his catch phrases to cover up the fact that he continually chokes during broadcasts. Or listing how much everyone at ESPN makes per year. And how do we know that he deserved either pulitzer?

I'm not talking about spin- I didn't even pay attention to it. All I know is that the US Army deemed him worthy of an award- even if he did not meet the normal criteria. I am fine with that- that is their decision to make- not mine, or the media. I accept that he was a hero, and thats more than enough for me.

Don't judge him by what his agent says- I think he will be there, and have a somewhat productive rookie year. I dont see him making rookie of the year- the ball will be spread around too much

Well, we are switching to the cover 2 defense- putting a premium on getting DB's who can play that defense (I have my doubts about Clements). This was a fantastic pick.

Actually, do DO have the need to select the best player available- its not a luxury. Free agency makes all players available to all teams at once. In the draft- you DON'T have that luxury- if you want to stock your team with talent, you have to use this philosophy in the the draft....otherwise, you end up with 2nd tier talent that isnt good enough at a need position anyways.
