  1. I was against the call, but I didn't think they'd march over 90 yards considering how our defense was playing.
  2. I don't care about the refs- we lost. If they make bad calls, you have to overcome it- its not like they try to make bad calls. They made a bad one against Ohio State on Saturday with the roughing the passer. Good teams overcome that.
  3. We were dominating the game, and running very effectively- I think he was looking to put them away. I was completely for going for the fieldgoal, but we need to be able to get that yard and have killer instinct
  4. You hit the nail on the head as far as left tackle- when you can avoid helping the left tackle, it really makes the line dominant- which is why KC is hurting so much right now. I have been thrilled with Losman since midway through the preseason- he's doing a lot of little things that add up and become big things. His pocket awareness has improved greatly, as has his accuracy. We will be a playoff team next year
  5. I understand his thinking- I don't agree with it- I would have taken the field goal. As long as he's consistent, I'm fine with it. Jauron is a good football coach, and the team looked very prepared today. I was pleased with the performance.
  6. This is why I dont bother listening to what they have to say....usually no tmuch substance
  7. If that how he coaches, it was the right call.....if its random its the wrong call.....all about the players knowing what to expect, and ignoring the fans and media when they second guess
  8. Coaching is a very difficult thing to do- and I think we got a great one right now
  9. Yeah, and ESPN and Fox claimed that Alex Rodriguez was despised in NY. Feel free to reject the lies the media pawns off as stories
  10. I think he's a very good blocker- streaky catching out of the backfield, but our offense calls more for a blocker
  11. I talked to him before, and Chuck is a nice guy who knows a lot more than most of us about football. The coach however, is a ridiculous blowhard, who will profess that anything is his true opinion to get his disciples to listen to him- even if it really isn't his opinion. Chuck Dickerson is worth listening to, the Coach is not
  12. As long as we are a better team at the end of the season than when we started, I'll be very happy with Levy and Jauron. Next year, we should contend for the wildcard
  13. Its based on what they bring to the table- maybe they thought Williams was a better change of pace than Gates
  14. too early in the season to tell. Not to mention, didn't their last coach have a great first season, then struggle? Hopefully Weiss doesn't get gone too
  15. Because he's a very good special teamer, and the coaches know more about who fits what they want to do than we know
  16. Higher than Donte? They play different positions
  17. Cant draft a 1st round QB every few years..... we have other needs
  18. Yeah, he's the guy that stole Dusty Bonner's starting job at Kentucky because of a bad coaching decision
  19. Remember this- we did upgrade- but even upgrading disrupts continuity. Give them time. Fowler and Reyes were very solid pickups for us, and Peters is still very raw. We will be dangerous late in the season- even if we're out of the playoff hunt....that is a season away
  20. I see it as a win/win thing- there are positives for both scenerios
  21. I once heard him talking about that- and ranting about Spaghetti sauce five minutes later......who is that guy!
