I realize how small the world has become and that a threat over there is a threat over here. That said, We can't just stay there until we are so far in debt that we become financially insolvent. If we aren't in good shape here, being over there won't help us much. If leaving Iraq is surrendering, then I guess we will be there forever........

Butler is decent right now, and still has plenty of upside. Fowler is just along for the ride and Walker is a perrenial underachiever. Those two will hold back our line from being great. We are a little thin on the D-line, have a wet behind the ears QB and RB's who don't pass protect. Not to mention that aside from Evans we have very little for the kid to throw to. It will be a year of relying on special teams, an improved defense and an occasional big play on offense. 6-8 wins, IMHO, but the core is young and still learning, we have plenty of time

Never claimed to be an expert- we are not hurting for oil- we have a lot of that. The refineries just are working at 81% capacity, and keeping prices up.

I will say that Buffalo had some great food- pizza and hot dogs just aren't the same anyplace else. It stinks that the economy has sunk so low that a ton of great places have closed or are in bad shape. I definitely like where I am now a lot better, but more power to those who like it up there and can stay. What I would do for a slice of Bocce Pizza with a Teds hot dog on it with lots of Anderson's hot fudge

I pretty much figured thats what you meant. Here is the thing that gets me- is it worth digging anymore? If we will be changed over energywise by the time we start to see benefits, will it be worth it? I have no idea how close we are to the change over, or what source it will be to. All I know, is that there will be no digging in ANWR regardless of what anybody thinks.

Personally, I can't stand the skewing either way. I try to listen in on CSPAN on my XM radio as much as I can.....not too many opinion filters on that

To be honest, I have never met a conservative that thought Coulter deserved air time. All she brings to the table is shock value.

CNN skews both ways- to be honest, Grace and the other guy on CNN Headline News are a lot worse than anyone Fox News has aside from O'Reilly. Olbermann doesn't impress me in the least, unless you are talking about his ability to alienate those he works with

All depend if Kodak has enough employees or needs more- there are so many ways to gauge the economy, job growth is just one

And those in Congress that represent the opposite party of the President would block the move. Regardless of which party it was. If this ever happened, it would help more economies than just ours

If we dig, it will upset the environment to an extent, but a decision has to be made- are we going to continue to maintain our current lifestyle or cut down and focus on other issues such as the environment. We can't have it both ways and don't have a heck of a lot of time to decide either. I think ANWR is a moot point anyways- neither candidate is for drilling there, so it probably has no chance of happening
