  1. Now if the Bills are really to stay in the region, but leave Erie County, the optimal location would be Syracuse. The location puts them in the middle of the state and atthe intersection of the I-90 and I-81. They could pull from all regions in the state, probbaly some die hards from Toronto and maybe a bit from Ottawa as well.
  2. People should be free to think whatever they want. Also, free to do whatever they want, if it doesn't hurt anyone. Some people are against public displays of affection by anyone- homosexual or heterosexual. Personally, I couldn't care less- let them do as they will in public.
  3. For it to remain inside Erie County, it would have to be inside the I-290 loop or somewhere between Rt. 400 and 219.
  4. Throw to Woods or Chandler. He can also run fairly well- something that may affect the double team if the play is prolonged
  5. They gave him a clean bill of health, but he dropped it
  6. He'll do fine in San Francisco, because he will never get close to being one of their top wideouts. Probably mostly in the slot and maybe a backup there. He'll be a great talent at that spot on the depth chart and have a good chance to make plays when he gets the opportunity- he better hold onto the ball
  7. I honestly think he could have a better career than Clowney- who I believe will be a Maybin/Ghoulson type bust
  8. They paid for his flight to San Francisco, but he dropped the ticket!
  9. Young quarterback on a rising team with a second-year head coach. I wasn't for taking him in the firstthree rounds, but I'd give him three more years before I evaluate him.
  10. Best way is to put together a roster with as many playmakers as possible and fit the rest into roles. Accentuate the strengths, hide the weaknesses.
  11. The middle of a defense is always key. Safeties are a part of that
  12. It took 37 posts for Friggin Lonnie to get mentioned!
  13. So we don't get what we should out of him, so we should trade him.....first round pick on the way!
  14. The best QB of the bad bunch we had, was Alex Van Pelt
  15. I actually see some good pieces in place, but I think picking a numerical record at this point says we will be at a certain level, more than anything else. To truly guess a record, you'd have to have a context as to where every team in the league is. That said, I like what I see- I think we are good at RB, have an outstanding young group of WRs and a strong DL. We are not stable at QB by any means, nor do we know what we have on OL, LB or DB. The OL was strong last year, but losing Levitre and going to a high paced offense changes the equation. I think we're on the right path, but I'm not sure how far down that road we are, just yet.
  16. How about the come from behind win against Denver when we scored 3 TD's in about 90 seconds (blocked FG and int return, I think) I think we came back the following week against the Raiders as well.
  17. I only got about two minutes, as it's been a crazy busy week. He's probably the best QB in the draft, but I don't like the pick. I said before that I saw no quarterback worthy of the first 2-3 rounds. There was no run on quarterbacks to even make this pick a worthy one- he probably would have been there in the second round- as a QB worthy of the 16th pick would go much higher, based on how things work. There were many defensive players or OL's available that could have helped us build a contender. I know I'll get ripped for being negative, but I'm being subjective and haven't changed my tune from what I said before the draft.
  18. I'll see if I can dig up some old links- not today though. Busy weekend on tap.
  19. The NRA is non-partisan, but unfortunately it isn't for people's right, as it used to be. It is a lobbying interest that looks to make money and increase it's own power- sometimes at the expense of good gun owners
