Come on....what did you expect. All I knew a few months ago was that regardless of who won- Obama or McCain that it would be a step in the right direction As annoying as the nickname has become, he would have to be a Messiah to undo the damage from the last eight years. McCain should thank him for winning- This will be one of the most difficult Presidential terms in the history of our country.

We have one viable DE and one viable DT........how can you expect him to scheme around that?

I think investing that much money in the Buffalo area could be a problem- it just has the I-90 going through it. Syracuse is much more accessible- having two major highways going through it- making it accessible from all areas in NYS, and parts of Pennsylvania and Canada. Not saying they should move to Syracuse, but I am saying why building a stadium in Buffalo might not be a worthy investment.

I disagree- I think it took a lot to get this bunch 7 wins. They have guys the equivalent (or less) of me playing on both lines. I don't think Kelsay or Denney are any better than Mark Pike was. And thats not to belittle what Pike did either- he was a great special teams player and turned in an occasional play on defense. Our interior offensive line is abysmal and Walker is inadequate. When you have to scheme around line problems, you are going to look bad no matter what you call......especially on bad calls like the roll out against the Jets

Crabtree is awesome- that said, I wouldn't even consider it. Gotta go first things first- fix the OL and DL. WR's QB's and such don't matter until we have a line.

My point is that revenge is NOT justice. WE are supposed to be fighting this war against evil- when we seek revenge, we become what we are fighting against. And believe me- I completely understand how tough it is to resist that urge. I will NEVER forget seeing a 19 year old outside my office balling her eyes out on 9/11 because her father worked in the Trade Center. That is something that will be with me for the rest of my life- and not in a good way. I wanted us to go over and just wipe everything out- something I am very ashamed of now. Still, we are supposed to represent something- and if it was easy to do that, everybody would do it. All you need is a little oversight to eliminate the abuses- and the changes that were made over there have proved that. Our troops, like most of us are good people- still, we all have the propensity for evil when put in a situation that will bring that out.

Yeah, because everything needs to be judged on what just happened. Peters is a franchise left tackle- one that when at his best doesn't need much help- which allows help to be directed elsewhere. We have no other guys who look like NFL starters to me- Butler and Dockery are spotty at best. Walker is a backup at best. If we trade Peters, we need to drat another left tackle....makes no sense at all

Boomer- what is your thoughts on MP's and MI's seeking revenge. Do they have a right to annoy "torture" detainees seeking revenge for the attrocities thatthe terrorists had committed?

That has been disproven- they do care about life- they have been taught that we are the ones that don't care about life and that we are the ones that want to convert them. If we overcome the propaganda of their leaders, they will lose most of their followers- and we will end a war that is costing us too many lives and draining our economy.

CNN isn't all that good and neither is Fox. Personally, I like CSPAN, CSPAN 2, CSPAN 8999 and searching the net. We have to get the leaders- the suicide bombers are just regular joes conned by their leaders who don't have the guts to do the job themselves.

Yeah- the war on terror is one we are going to win. If we wanted to win it, we would have gone in to Pakistan to get Osama Bin Laden. Instead, we fight his brainwashed foot soldiers. By the way- what about the people in the "prison" camps that were identified as civilians- we were afraid eto release them, because of what we had done to them......oh wait- thats just more misinformation from the liberal media, or did I get that from watching CNN........... Torture is not an effective interrogation method because it will get the person to say whatever needs to be said to make it stop. Again, our officers only did what was planned for them to do by Rumsfeld and co.

Parrish is a decent slot guy who can do something with the ball if he gets it. He is nowhere near what a lot of people think- I almost drove off the road when we drafted him- nothing special at Miami

Oh, it definitely was torture- there is no debating that fact- the military police have admitted to it. Orders have been found. Not only have we tortured them, we also took the detainees to other governments to have them tortured. I'd choose death over the wrong thing- what we did was play right into the hands of the real criminals

If you think they have any say, you are kidding yourselves- in the NFL, medical staffs can be overruled by coaches

I am not saying that they shouldn't have payed for their crimes- but torture is neither a good interrogation method, nor a humane method of punishment. We intentionally skewed the number of prisoners, forced medics to falsely sign documents, feigned reasons of death........My question on all of this is what have we turned into? We did the wrong things for the right reasons. Its hard to do the right things sometimes, but its something I expect.

I disagree on both- you play the percentages. The play action pass by Losman was a terrible call and the slant to Alvin Harper was probably a worse call. Neither was very high percentage- even though one worked.....the old "If it works, he's a genius" thing never made any sense to me.....kind of like the flea flicker we ran against Cincy a few years ago on 3rd and 30 that got us the first down

Personally, I don't care about the issue all that much. The issue that concerns me with proposition 8 is the breakdown between church and state. Our politicians will do anything to get votes, even implement laws that regard religion- that is a bad road to go down.
