If we can get Soh or Cody, it supercedes everything. Our DL is a joke and that includes the holy Schobel. The defense is built on a foundation of mediocrity. When you play in one of the worst weather cities in the country, you need a defense and a running game
Bill Cowher is a very good football coach, but has he been called on to change a franchise's losing culture since 1992? Has he done it successfully more than once?
They only people who think Aaron Rodgers is a great QB play too much fantasy football- last week was the first time I have seen him play a strong game. He typically holds onto the ball far longer than he should, making an already bad O-line look worse.
I have disagreed with you more times that I care to count, but you are spot on as far as this goes- great coordinators don't necessarily make good head coaches and great head coaches don't always make good coordinators. Completely different skill set
In reality, we don't know- everybody saw it different, replay was completely inconclusive and a mathematician tried to solve it. To be honest, it isn't that important a decade later
Maybe not as bad as they look, but the core is built on a foundation of mediocrity, and at best will be mediocre. I would like to see the group blown up, whether we change schemes or not.
America is stupid, likes to hate things. Palin in spotlight, so hate her. Americans are hateful, that's how it is. They love liberty though, so love it or leave it......
Actually, Reed was completely in bounds- Don Beebe was out of bounds
They both stunk, that's why we kept changing QBs. The whole debate was ludicrous. I take Van Pelt over either
Just ask the Miami Dolphins- That fumble defined his career and the lives of his fans- all losers
We lose 12-9. As in the past, serving up the coach to a bunch of mob mentality fans does nothing. Wilson thinks like a fan and fans don't know how to win.
Can Peyton Manning play the DL as well too, since Marcus Stroud can't stop the run all by himself....despite the ramblings on this board to the contrary when we signed him.
