We Bills fans, never have it our way! (I started reading your post and immediately was singing it to the Burger King song)

I'm NOT in the know, but was looking at the website earlier and got the impression that the contactless account (?) was restricted, but that Apple Pay would work as alternative to Oyster card w/ Elizabeth Line....can anyone confirm?

Preseason Week 2 Games Around the League
goober replied to rusty shackleford's topic in The Stadium Wall
Too bad it’s preseason because this is an entertaining game so far -
I got home and started last week’s game on a browser (game was over at that point by probably 20 minutes when I logged in, but it was still just showing up as live mode, with nothing playing). Moved live mode back to beginning of game which worked for a while, then everything froze. Realized I had to exit live mode and find replay, go to beginning and figure out where in the 3hr+ replay (that still contained empty commercials etc) I had dropped off. Found it frustrating but I guess that’s why it’s preseason, for me to practice

I lived in CT for a few years and do kinda remember Bob, but as I’ve moved around all those discount furniture/ mattress warehouse/ personal injury attorney TV ads have blurred together for me. No ill will intended for the actual Bob though…

If I don’t see it again after tonight , I am gonna miss the cartoon guy performing in the background at Bob’s Discount Furniture Store Studio

Need Sunday Ticket? Bills Televised Schedule included:
goober replied to NakedSquid's topic in The Stadium Wall
It also supposedly will have the "condensed replays" of all games afterwards but I haven't seen anything official about it -
Prime time should be available to the entire country; 4:25 might still get another game depending on local market

Josh looked really defeated in his press conference.
goober replied to bostonadguy's topic in The Stadium Wall
I said the same thing aloud after the game…but after stepping back, the way Hamlin’s crisis was handled I hope the organization still has a ton of respect because of its commitment to its players and team being family …so although any other year with the season ending this way I’d be an angry d#ck now I’m really trying to have more perspective. -

Allen talked about Hines run back(s) against the Pats like it was divine intervention, or fate or whatever you want to call it. Romo said it too. We all kind of thought it too. Completely emotionally draining season and how do you expect him to react in a post game press conference? What’s normal given the recent past? Who knows because it’s unprecedented. Give the guy a break. Give the team a break. I’m going to try to step back and try to show patience for once and see how the offseason goes. -

But you have a Wegmans in Virginia Beach!! Not sure how old you are but “Man in Bills gear at Wegmans in Virginia Beach” would’ve been a stretch to conceive for me 20 years ago. (Also maybe he’s a Virginia Tech fan primarily and doesn’t know how to properly respond).

I personally wouldn't classify people who found that event inspirational and are wishing the best for our team this year as "bandwagon fans". I also know others who prior to what happened with Hamlin had read stories about Bills Mafia charitable efforts and began to pull for the team for that reason (even if not NFL fans in general, or fans of other teams as well). There's a lot that I've experienced in that regard in the past several years.
