How does that work? Do you have a ticket that if OU wins, you send it to the casino and they send you a check? Or do you have to go back to Vegas to claim the prize in person? I really have missed the ability to gamble on sports since they closed down Bet on Sports and the like......I am sure there are still ones functioning, but I got a little bit scared that the US government would get on its high horse and seize the computer and come down hard on the people who were gambling with these companies. It is the biggest bunch of BS....I should be able to do what I want with my hard earned money and if that means being able to place a wager on a sporting event......so what.

No wonder he was able to get his feet down on that superbowl td........he has a third leg.

I am not dwelling on the past............I am only trying to point out why people are turning a blind eye to Whitner..........but in terms of the future........I don't know how you can throw tons of money at someone who has been such a disappointment........he has Chris Kelsay written all over him.

There are people who will make every excuse in the book for Marv's "golden boy"........ they want it so much in their head to be that it was a great pick......that Marv Levy proved all the naysayers wrong that thought it was a reach at #8. It is called denial.............but if you look with an objective eye, the guy has been a flat out disappointment.

Speaking of Arby's.........someone was trying to tell me that Arby's roast beef is actually brought in as some kind of a liquid form and that they do something to make it coagulate into a solid "roast" to slice. I dismissed this at first as some kind of urban legend story........but then got to thinking that it certainly doesn't look or taste like any kind of roast beef that I have ever had before. Can anyone confirm or deny this myth.

I almost think that that was Polian's way of rubbing it in that he left.........you see what you missed. If I was EJ I wouldn't be able to wear it or display it with any kind of pride. I think it is an odd gesture.

Anyway, when they got to the part about Jauron........he did admit that 3 7-9 isn't good enough and probably next year is a make or break year for Jauron. He also said he thinks Trent will be a great QB, but they need to surround him with a good defense and receivers.

You are correct......when you hear the words he is a "player's coach", you know it is time to start looking for a new coach.

Do the kids who return that would have been sure fire first round picks take out insurance policies on themselves.....if so are there policies that would come anywhere close to the money they would make throughout the average career of a first round pick? Wonder how much such a policy would be.......anyone in the insurance business?
