The Chargers only guaranteed $2 million because of the uncertain status of his surgically repaired right shoulder.

SD put an very nice offer on the table for Brees and he walked away from it. Me thinks there is just bad blood there and he is ready to go. I will look for the info.

I will be relocating to the Prattville area in June of this year. I have done some research on the net and contacted the Chamber of Commerce already but what I am looking for is: 1. What are the best school districts? (kids are 7 and 9) 2. Best neighborhoods to live in? (low crime) 3. Any other info that would be good to know about the area. From what I've seen the area is up and coming and the cost of living is very reasonable. Looks like a nice place to move to. Thanks for the help in advance! Steve

ARM, it really doesn't matter who the QB is if the O-Line sucks monkey ass! I for one will not and cannot give up on JP for that reason alone. I also firmly believe Marv will address the lines first and foremost. After and only after we give JP 1 FULL YEAR (16 GAMES or better) with a quality O-Line will I submit to the fact that we need to find a QB of the future.

If we sign Runyan this would still be a good pick...Look at the depth we have on the O-Line..Runyan is something like 33yrs old. Why not get his replacement in a rich draft?
