No if your expecting average performance your going to be dissapointed. R gallery is the real deal and I don't care where he has played on Ol, he has looked great. IF I was the coach this would be my oline. LT B sims , LG F Middleton c J Grove RG Langston Walker 6'8 350 and Rt Robert gallery 6'7 325-330. Both Langston Walker and Gallery are very athlethic and terrifi9c spped for guys that size.

Its Bad for the Bills. First half steelers were getting alot of pressure on gannon but once gallery came he the whole line play seem to go up another level. Also Steelers blitzes were sucessful in the first half and Rt langston Walker was the biggest culprit. It used to be your played your best run blocker at RT(was Massive player) But teams have combated this but putting more athlethic De at LDE. Now Raiders have two LT playiing tackle and should be a way better matchup against new breed of Lde.

Look last year you smoked the Patriots in the first game and Patriots started out two and two. ( believe they didn't lose a game the rest of the way). Definetly too early to get down on your football team as anything is still possible. Your defense looks like its good enough to keep you in alot of games. Question is can offenseline protect Bledsoe? If they can , you have enough weapons on offense to be a scary football team. iF Qb dosen't have time I don't care how good Moulds is hes not going to be a factor(Alot of teams woulds love to have a talent like Moulds)

Problem is that Doug Gabriel 6'2 217(Currently Raiders third Wr) might be Raiders best Wr when the season over with. Raiders have alot of Wr with size that are going to cause problems for your smaller cBs Raiders have seven Wrs on roster and six will definetly be activated and play in this game. T Vincent 6'0 200 should be on raiders number 1 wr J Porter 6'2 230 and N Clemente 5'11 204 should be on J rice 6'2 200. Thats not bad matchups for Bills so far. I think Problem will be the 3and 4 fourth Cbs matching up to Raiders 3 to sixth Wrs(which everone in the game at a time. 3. Doug Gabriel 6'2 217,l this guy something special and T McGee 5'10 201 or K thomas 5'11 180 are giving up alot of size to him. Thats defenitely raiders three recievers. Now Raiders Have a4. Ronald Curry- 6'2 220(former Qb turned Wr) not a speedster or very fast but is a great athlethe( Won the slam dunk championship at Mcdonald all star game )and Tim Brown says probably been the raiders best Wr this year in camp. 5. Alvis whitted 6'0 185- This guy has world class speed but was always known to have brick hands- So far in first game and throughout the preseason has caught every thing thrown his way(Raiders have to be putting some illegal substance on his hands) 6. C Francis 5'10 195 this guy was ther fastest player at the combine last year. This guy isn't a track guy but a football player as he has very reliable hands and runs nice routes. (will be kickreturner) 7, J Morant 6'5 230 4.45 last week was deactivated and maybe activated this week because Bills really don't have anyone to match up to him - size wise. What all this speed does is stretch a defense out and gives TEs and Rbs out of backfield a chance to make big plays Raiders give Qb time and they are going to score points.

If Center J Grove and R Gallery are starters on Oline than Raiders have a good chance to be sucessful with the run. I think you are correct, I expect Raiders to come out and challenge Bills deep. They want to put the fear into that Bills secondary so it easier to work the underneath stuff and to run football . Norv Turner is not going to abandon the running game because alot of what he does is set up by the running game. I don't think raiders will go four Wrs because Norv Likes to use his Tes and Raiders have Tes that can get down the field(look for Courtney anderson 6'7 270 ) Also Norv going to throw alot to his rbs out of backfield.

Its just not Ted Washington and W sapp on Dline as raiders are going to rotatate there Dlineman. There John Parrella- another guy that going to take multiple blockers. Bobby Hamilton- Ex patriot - Who is pretty good run stuffer despite his size.(How did Bills do last year against both Washington and B hamilton?- (don't know how both did against Bills last year but you should have pretty good idea) and Tyler Brayton going to see time. Raiders like to bring in backup NT T Sands 6'7 340 who comes in to give Ted Washington rest. Everyone of Raiders defensivelineman are going to play. Here the deal Jags are 4-3 and raiders are primarily a 3-4 defense that will switch to 4-3 occassional. The Raiders Defensiveline won't have many stats in the game because there job is to occupy as many olineman as possible and let the Lbs clean up. With return of Raiders best linebacker N Harris(didn't play last week) , Raiders will have two ilb that can fill. Other be Danny Clark. Imo Its going to be real tough to run on Raiders Going to be some nice matchup on Wrs C woodson on E Moulds. P Buchanon on Lee Evans and Denard Walker on Josh Reed. I think your going to have more sucess throwing to Rbs and TES than Wrs. I think your defense versus Raiders Offense might settle this game. Last week gannon hit 11 diffrent recievers with passes and I expect him to try and really stretch that Bills defense out. Imo I don't think Raiders will have much sucess running on bills and they are going to have to win this one through the air.

I think your underestimating Raiders Oline. It is pretty good now (should be really good later on)especially if R gallery is starting somewhere. I think Raiders Oline should give gannon plenty time to throw especially at Home. Raiders do have three pretty solid Cbs in C woodson, P Buchanon and D Walker who did a fine job limiting Steelers trio of H ward, P Burress and Randle EL. Thats another great matchup. Raiders defense isn't there yet(still trying to get use to alot of new players on defense) but with the return of Napoleon harris should be a very tough defense to exploit. I think Norv going to try and really spread out the Bills defense and take advantage of all the speed he has at Wr. I look for Tes to be used alot.

Raiders outside of defenseline and Qb aren't that old anymore. Your DT Sam Adams next to Raiders NT Ted Washington looks skinny. B)

Really thats the matchup I really want to see- Raiders new offense versus a very very good Bills defense? This isn't same Raiders Wr group as they have alot of size and speed at Wr now. Really comes down to whether both J Grove and R gallery start this week. iF Grove can't start than I don't like Raiders chances running up middle. R gallery is an animal who makes Raiders Oline very good. This is a great test for Raiders offense going up against the Bills defense. This game probably will be decided in the trenches.

Hey your defense has been solid the last two years. Bills have some skill players on offense. Whats the problem? Oline? Drew Bledsoe a statue back there?

Not here to talk smack but just discuss the upcoming game between Bills and Raiders. TYrying to9 get a Bills fans perspective of what is right and wrong with there team.
