Another reason to hate the Yankees...Red Sox fan or no. Baseball is boring anyway, but when teams can buy championships or (for those nitpickers out there) contention for championship EVERY year, it kind of makes things boring for the casual sports fan. Sorry, I forgot about all those Americans who visit McDonald's in foreign countries at the first sign of the Golden Arches.

Well written. Trying to analyze football by focusing on one aspect (e.g. statistics, quartback, RB, etc.) is asinine. Unfortunately, most of the media likes to do that so that can come up with "stories" to sell to a wanting public (e.g. Marcia Brady, Belichick the "genius", Parcells, JJ, etc.)

Not taking sides in the "I think you made this bet but you say you didn't but I think you did blah blah blah" posts...but I've just gotta say that FM and TH are generally knowledgeable, if hopelessly Patsy-biased, football fans. I've enjoyed reading their posts over the years, just as I've enjoyed reading stevestojan's and many others...with one notable exception in whose absence I've actually decided to post again. As a relative outsider, I just suggest everyone simmer down. Take your betting crusades elsewhere. Hell, hire a government arbitrator to figure it out...just don't try to divide the board.

Like that ref in the Jests-Seattle game a few years back, he probably got the helmet and the ball confused.

Been asleep for the last two days I see. Patsies just dropped a game to the Dolfelons last night.

Did anyone notice the absolutely SICK amount of time Brady had to throw in the Dolfelons game? Until the last one or two drives, when they managed to get some consistent pressure, the Felons were giving him six, seven seconds to throw, and he made some very nice passes. Of course, once they got consistent pressure Brady was toast and made two of the worst throws I've ever seen him make. Which supports a long-held theory -- the Patsy offensive line deserves way more credit for the team's success than does Marcia "Golden Boy" Brady.

Darin's posts are quite tolerable, as are yours, stojan. With the absence of ICE, I was content enough with this board that I started to post after many years of silence...until I ran into one of his posts on the Buffalobills.com board that immediately put me into a bad mood.

His D didn't bail him out and the refs didn't bail him out either...although they tried to hand the game to NE with a brutal non-call in the endzone right before the Feeley TD pass. That was clear pass interference...even Michaels and Madden, who had their lips firmly planted on Brady's a$$ all night, made note of it. Typical. That decision to throw by Brady has got to be one of the stupidest plays I've ever seen a QB make. I love it.

Topic says it all. SO refreshing to not have to wade through his insipid, self-aggrandizing posts that have little to do with Bills football but rather his own personal crusades. Has he been banned?
