  1. Well that blows. Time for the O to quit screwing around and *almost* making the big play, TIME TO MAKE THE BIG PLAY!
  2. OMG! That was awesome...
  3. Nice... I have 97Rock streaming, so I almost feel like I'm there Is there a computer at the tailgate? If so - Hi all y'all!!
  4. First Gil Brandt called a Jets over the Bills upset. Then there is a guy (coach) from Buffalo is on with Shine and Shine says "NO ONE SAW THE BILLS OVER THE DOLPHINS LAST WEEK, NO ONE!!". Dude give me a break. He then went on to say there is no way you would want to put the game in JP's hands, he's too shakey(?). He did give the D props and called a Bills win... Man, I hope we win by about 75,000 points today!
  5. What's the weather like today? I *can't* believe I'm not back there...
  6. http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/multimedi.../content.6.html "A lot of experts ripped Buffalo for taking the former Ohio State safety with the No. 8 overall pick, but so far he's been impressive. He had 15 tackles and an interception in helping the Bills beat the Dolphins 16-6 last Sunday." Here's to hoping he has another big game this week!!
  7. In addition to the Pips for sportsmanship, you can rest asured that I will send a hoooot to all of the Jets fans I see. "Jets fans? Hoooot, hooot, hooot, hoooot" http://download.lardlad.com/sounds/season16/snitch3.mp3
  8. I caught that too - it *still* seems like a fumble to me! The "Grasp and Control" rule is supposed to stop the QB from getting killed by a second defender when he is under control of another. On that play JP was clearly cocking back to throw and the second defender knocked the ball away. I guess Pereira was right, you have to enforce the rules as they are written. Still if the shoe were on the opposite foot, I'd be pissed!
  9. Pip-pip my good man, pip-pip!
  10. Sorry, just got back from a west coast swing, so VT it is this weekend... The cooler is long gone, but maybe next time I'll show up on one of these suckers: http://www.cruzincooler.com/
  11. That is so AWESOME! I can't believe that I'm not gonna be there - it's gonna be a fun weekend to be a Bills fan my friends... I did just find out that the game is on in HD here in VT so there *will* be a party at my place! I'll raise a toast to everyone at the tailgate! GO BILLS BABY!
  12. Moorman did have a great day, no doubt about that! My comment was more directed at everyone that thought we should drop Coy because he can't play safety for s**t; maybe that's the case but the guy is a leader on special teams...
  13. Guess it wasn't such a bad thing holding on to the guy afterall...
  14. Nice to see that the story is one of the front pagers on NFL.com - could it be a touch of re, res, resp, ahhhh forget it... Let us keep flying under the radar winning games with a managed O and a D that's on fire!
  15. That last Kelsay quote says it all - I just can NOT what Dick Jauron (and Marv) have brought to this team! I can't wait to see how the season unfolds...
  16. Interesting - Schefter is doing his segment on NFL Network and just talked about JP: - JP has not had great numbers early on, except in the turnover department. 2 games, at NE and at Mia two difficult places to play, JP has yet to commit a turnover this season - The Buffalo Bills have been one of the surprise teams in the league this year and the reason is JP Losman - Staff did a great job of making him more patient - He's been a much better quaterback
  17. Brilliant! It was fate that I lost my other cooler... Maybe I can get one, stock up and drive to a game from VT. You can't get a DWI on one of those things, right?
  18. Losses won't get us into the playoffs, but games like this in the early weeks of the season will. All this team needs is to grow a little and after today I have little doubt that they will do just that. If we can hang tight and learn a little I think we're going to see a team capable of big things in the second half of the season.
  19. You know the funny thing is that while I do feel we were beat up on the lines, I still feel like ST cost us this one. Had they done their normal thing and won us some field position, I think we could have outlasted the Pats on this one...
  20. You guys have to be kidding me... Dick Jauron was trying to teach a young team, that no one thinks can win, how to stick the dagger into the heart of an opponent (one we were supposed to have NO CHANCE of beating) on the ground. If it would have worked, it would have been brilliant. It did turn the tide; we had our chances to make it up, but Special Teams cost us a game (did I just say that?).
  21. Simms says "Impressive outing by Losman today"
  22. Yeah, that's gonna make it tough... Still, this was a character building game for the Bills. We can only go up from here!
  23. EXACTLY!!!
  24. Mooreman having a BAAAAD game. So how did he just gets "decked" and there's no flag? Just saying...
