The refs should look at that, oh wait I guess the refs don't have to look at that, but maybe they should look at that. Of course they should! I *still* don't get why they wouldn't review that play! Did anyone else catch the end of that game? On 4th down with like 53 seconds left, Pennington threw what might have been the go-ahead TD to a reciever who was knocked out of bounds. The refs called it an incomplete pass and for some reason said that they couldn't review the play in the booth. I'm not sure why - it sure as heck looked like the guy could have come down with both feet in to me. Why not at least take a look!? The announcers were ALL confused too saying they should review, oh they don't need to review, but wait why not review and on and on with the flipping back and forth. Strange one, that's for sure...

I hear ya about the Super Bowls, I could only roll my eyes - great Irvin ranting about how great he is. A chump for sure. But in the end, I had to agree with what he said. He was on some great teams and won Super Bowls and because of that ESPN pays him to give his opinion on the league. If he felt Tiki was a distraction, so be it, it was his *opinion*... Tiki is a class guy though; I guess it's just interesting to see this type of stuff played out in the media.

He did a nice job of handing the situation, basically saying he's a journalist (and something about some Super Bowl rings) and he's paid to give his opinion. Tiki comes off looking a little thin skinned, especially for a guy that's supposedly going into news / political / sports broadcasting...

Hmmmm - even living up in NE country, I got to tell you I had a blast today... Sure I had to yell at the TV far too often, I have to wonder if JP is really ever gonna get it done, if the D can get it fixed if the new staff can really win; but one one thing was for sure Buffalo was represented in Burlington today. We're so far, but so close. I guess, I'm still uber-frustraited by the loss, but they're still our boys. Hopefully if we continue with the character movement we'll find some players that want to win it all. Most loyal fans? I hope so - I wouldn't leave this team for the life of me...

I think most cable subs with HDTV get this network (one of the HD "preview" networks that plays random HD content). Anyway, the Sabres are on, in HD here in VT, just thought other out of towners might want to look. We've had 5 of the 6 Bills games on too, +1 cable TV... Mmmmm mmm - the Sabres are wearing the throwbacks and they look GOOD! If only we can get the Bills back in the old unis they would get their shizzle together!!

I *knew* this thread would be here... He is playing good, but the difference is the entire team is playing well! The recievers are making cuts and the D is playing up too. And as I type there's a maybe pick. Point is, this is football, its rarely ONE guys fault when a team loses.
