NFLN also mentioned Lynch coming back. They said Marshawn was nervous that he might be losing his job to Jackson, that he'd have to play himself back to game shape and that the Bills have sets featuring he and Freddy on the field together. Nice. Hot Rod also called out the Bills game as a game the Jets could possibly lose in the new few, in a segment on the Jets o_O. He said we're a talented team. We shall see...

Now he has blown up on Twitter, but at Rodney Harrison: "I could less about Rodney Harrison! Anybody tht using steroids, yes STEROIDS rodney, is a cheater & cheated the game!" I mean it's so obvious he's "hungry" for the ball, but is "hostage" of Jauron's stodgy playcalling. Now he's just going to "kick my feet up!" - meaning quit! Lame. Agree, B Rob. Waaahhh we lost a game. Waaahhh we suck. Yeah we lost today, and, yeah we sucked today (though I would theme the day: "missed opportunities"), but does that mean that in week, say, 14 we'll suck? Maybe, maybe not. Why not sit back, enjoy the ride and take each game for what it was? All we can do is hope they learn something (and learn to score some freaking points on O) and get ready to Squish the Fish. Let's hope Marshawn coming back provides a big boost...

This is actually a pretty entertaining game... The Jets, as a whole look pretty good; the AFCE is going to be a fight to the finish. Sanchez sure looks like he has the skills AND he has a nice supporting cast. I don't think we're going to like seeing him twice a years for the coming years, that's for sure. Time for Trent to step up his game! I think the Titans are better than they're playing (or their record) shows - Johnson's performance last week was impressive. Especially for my fantasy team. Let's hope they step up today and help our cause!

Totally agree - the Bills have some awful merch. Might just be because I work with a lot of youth culture, but it amazes me that more teams don't work with "hip" designers (or at least do collabs with artists, streetwear companies, etc.). Perhaps someday they'll get smart and hook up some good gear that people will acutally like!

Great post John, I'm on board with ya... I find it funny that people say "when will this team learn to win", IMO, THIS team is just getting started - you had three first time starters on the O line, a rookie TE, a back up running back, a back up LB. This team *ain't* last year's team, it's a whole new beast. I think that by the end of the season (barring tons of injuries) we'll be a force to be reckoned with... As for the fluke ending, yes it happens far to often to the Bills, but it happens. That's the game of football. Rather than crying because we lost we need to do the same thing the players need to, stand up, brush ourselves off and get ready for next Sunday! Go Bills!!

Totally agree. Funny that people are calling this "the worst loss ever", no first game of the season is the "worst loss ever" with this franchise. Trust me, losing the first game is easier than losing the LAST game of the year...

murra, I'm on board! That was a hell of game that should show this team that they can play with ANY team in the league. One game does not a season make, but losing by 1 (from some rookie mistakes and, well, Leodis) to the Pats is a hell of a start...

I hate to say it, but the Jests look solid. Of course it's week one and all of that, but still Sanchez looks impressive and the D has been getting after Houston... And, to be fair, Peters has been having a nice game too.
