  1. We should have our O go against our 3rd string D - builds confidence! Seriously though, he was just kind of standing there with time and I'm guessing our 1st teamers will put a little more heat on 'em. Still, good find, gotta keep an eye on them Dolphins...
  2. So wait, NO ONE is going to win the Super Bowl(!), now?
  3. Buddy, (and apparently TBD since this hasn't been mentioned), asleep at the wheel!
  4. Couple Reds and a Blue Flutie Flakes. Where's the 2015 "D Line Crunch" granola?
  5. Here's a good one - EJ was Screwed From the Start: http://www.sportsgrid.com/nfl/e-j-manuel-was-screwed-from-the-start/ Kind of conveniently ignores any reports that he's not a total dumpster fire in OTAs thus-far or that we have a Greg Roman led Offensive staff. o_O
  6. YOLO ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. Probably napping next to Buddy in their matching football brown barkerloungers...
  7. SIX - who are they? LaBron is leading his team to a title, basically, alone. Name a QB that can win a title with a crappy surrounding cast? Even the great ones (Manning) can't get it done sometimes WITH a good cast!
  8. Who was throwing Clay the ball!?! Tight spiral and RIGHT on target - get that guy first team reps Stat! I hear Cassel looks bad and EJ under-threw one; doooooomed!
  9. Nice - just put this on. We shall see...
  10. This kinda gets thrown around a lot - I'm not sure I would say "LA is a bad NFL market" as much as "LA is a complicated political market". I spend a lot of time in SoCal and I know PLENTY of football fans out there that would definitely support a team (especially in a nice spanking new stadium)...
  11. Fred Jackson knew that when he drafted CJ Spiller he would need to coach him up! He didn't, epic fail on Freddy's part - totally asleep at the wheel!
  12. I'll be starting my "Petition To Shout Into The Wind", soon - keep your eyes open for that one!
  13. Was going to say the same, I get the preseason package AND DTV online and while not perfect, it's not a complete disaster either. Upgrading to Xfinity "blast Internet" helped for sure, my home web speed is off the charts (pins the Speedtest.net)! Great PiedPiper reference
  14. Thought this line from EJ was interesting: "I think it just really allows us to go out there and be ourselves," said Maunel. "There's not a lot of pressure or anything like that. What I mean is that we can just go out there and make place, instead of trying to force things to happen and what not. If it's a bad play let's move on to the next one. I think that's the kind of mindset we need to have as a team" Definitely lends to the Marrone coaching him to NOT make mistakes! I wonder if there was any "The play goes to X, not Y!" happening (i.e. force it to go where we say, not where you see an open guy)? Also wonder how that pressure affected all of our QBs, we all saw Uncle Orton get worse as the season went on... OK, back to golf!
  15. We are talking about Da'Rick here, right? It's, Rogers, and I think that 14-2 is an UNDER-estimate!
  16. Someone please text Whaley - this thread is at 6 pages already and no signing! Asleep at the wheel!
  17. #truth Good insights Kirby, agree on Duke, he could be a nice pick for the Bills!
  18. The Stevie followed by Kiko (in his rookie year) and when he got hurt I went with Freddy - at least he's likely to not leave / get traded and to retire a Buffalo Bill
  19. Thurman Thomas - guest appearances on the sidelines of practice
