  1. First thing I though when I read this thread last night! Well, actually my FIRST thought was "good for him, this has been a great series", then I thought "Wait, people are upset he's at the game? It's in CLEVELAND! Hell, you can drive there in 3 hours!"
  2. Anyone see the Collins / Pats meme video on Facebook? Seems pretty unlikely, IMO... https://www.facebook.com/officialthekicker/videos/734875970011592/
  3. I missed that one, but you are right - dead classic! Loved the quote:
  4. Nice breakdown per usual, FWIW, some more film breakdown of TT: http://www.buffalorumblings.com/2016/11/2/13492850/tyrod-taylor-film-breakdown-bills-week-8
  5. Not to mention it would be counterproductive to their career - all NFL players know they're putting plays on tape, to simply slack because a good player (one who might even help the overall unit's level of play) is back, would just be dumb. The D line looked good to me last week, they didn't get there every time, but were applying pressure and getting hits. I think the biggest factor, was that QB the Pats had playing, that kid can make plays...
  6. Wouldn't exactly say a rambling first post full of Hot Takes called "Bills Organization is a joke" is "joining the conversation", but I hear ya... My takes on the hot takes: - Harvin was hurt last year - Dareus can't be traded because of his big contract (nor would we trade him anyway) - Karlos, see above, was fat and high on the devil's lettuce - McCoy, no proof it was "Rex who rushed him back" - The back-ups are not as good as McCoy, hence the lack of trust - Mike only got a few carries against the Pats because the Bills got behind and had to throw to catch-up (also explains why Tyrod threw 87,000 times) - Harvin is back because he's cheap, doesn't cost us a pick, knows the system, QB and coach and, oh yeah, is available. In November. So yeah, Welcome to TBD OP! (we're really a MUCH nicer group in real life, or from what I've seen at Hammer's)
  7. Yes, yes we are. Not sure what this hurts, gotta have SOMEONE to catch the ball. Also, they're paying him with Pegs / the Bills money, not the fans - for the record...
  8. That's for sure - not many people are talking about loss of A Williams, but seemed to make a big difference to me. On that TD to Hogan, Gilmore is stopping to yell at Blanton and he also seemed to miss a few other plays in that game. Need to get that guy up to speed ASAP! As has been mentioned, give me a S and a CB (and a WR) in the draft please...
  9. No mention of this?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nnvZjexbdPI Just settle down. Unless you're practicing to do a cartwheel and karate kick Brady in the head - in which case, carry on. Regardless, Let's Go Bills!
  10. They also released TE Manasseh Garner (whoever that is)
  11. I've heard good things about ABV, but haven't checked it out - have not been to the breweries though. Will put all of this on my list for holiday visits!! True, but it always kinda was - that's the beauty of Mighty to me, it's like Buffalo's take on American, Mexican fast food. In the fast food realm, I'm also a fan of DiBella's Subs and (though I haven't head one in like 20 years) Jim's Steak Out - it's hard to find great steak subs around the country.
  12. Thank you sir, can't turn down that offer
  13. Can we please just do away with TNF as a whole?
  14. Been there a couple times now, it's OK - big and modern, but certainly not cozy or super unique. Still, worth seeing. Went to Lagerhaus 95 (Cobblestone district, not far from Harborcenter) and enjoyed it. I feel like Pearl Street Grill is overrated. Also had a few drinks and some food at Pizza Plant in the Courtyard Marriott down in that area too, wasn't bad at all! All time classics include: The Bar Bill, Duffs, Ted's, Mighty Taco, and if you want to go high end I highly recommend Lambardo Ristorante!
  15. Some talk on Sirius today about David Caldwell and how he needs to own the Bortles pick and how that ain't good for him. Just interesting in that there were several on TBD that were pulling for Caldwell to get the Bills GM job (he IS from Buffalo, so must be awesome)...
