I would be down with Foles for a second (then stand put and draft a QB in Rd 1, depending on who's still there). Interestingly, was just looking at a BR article mentioned Peter King saying the Eagles want "at least" a first and fourth round pick for Foles (same as they got for Bradford). At that cost, I'm out, at a second, in... That's all providing too, that the cost to trade up and get one of this year's top QB prospects is too much!

I'm a little surprised they didn't offer you a free drink, or maybe desert (especially during a birthday dinner) - that's what we used to do in our joint when we messed something up. And I think Chef Jim asked a key question - what happened while they were refiring hers? Did yours just sit? Did they take it back? Did it take an unreasonable amount of time? In the end, I would probably write a nice email the manager explaining the situation and expressing your disappointment. I've done this on occasion and have almost always gotten some make good. The one thing I would not do (at least in this case) is just blast them on Yelp! - it just feels a little unfair to blast someone later, vs just having a mano-a-mano conversation when the actual incident happened. That's why I like the email to the manager, keeps it "in house" and will likely produce results... OK, I'm hungry now!
