Something to very much keep in mind when reading posts on TBD... Jackson - Skittish in the pocket, to run, to broken neck, to fumble (ok, no fumble, but good god man). Yikes!

You keep saying this, but it's pretty clear that the Browns were blitzing, hiding things, etc. You also said that Allen hasn't faced any pressure, which clearly isn't true - the highlights praising Allen have said as much! You know, to play is super safe we should never start Allen EVER then we'll never have to know if his ceiling is Ryan Leaf! (it's not) If Coach / The Process says he's ready, I'm good, let's roll with Allen!

Props to Coach McD on being the most annoying kind of person. According to that one person, in that one thread... ? Seriously though, smart way to bring along a young QB while evaluating both "vets". Split the 1st team reps, while the rookie learns the ropes and gains respect from his teammates. Then in the "dress rehearsal" game, give him the whole week of practice (I would hope - it will only improve his chances at success, which I'm guessing coach wants), then let 'er rip! I can't wait for a PRESEASON game - amazing! ?

I don't think that's entirely true (and naturally I can't find the article now). Essentially HBO films and edits the storylines as they see fit - the Browns do a final sign off, but on "sensitive info" or the like. The Browns don't get to overly affect the story line, from what I'd read (which is much like several sports content projects that I've worked on with media). Regardless, it's obviously a promotional tool, but you can be sure that HBO is editing to create drama. Guarantee that the Browns aren't loving the image that's being presented of them, right now... As for the Bills series - Dear Process, I Love You! Seriously though, watching how McDermott operates vs how Hue does, you have to feel good about the direction of the coaching staff and the leadership they're providing. We always hear about how "good coaching makes the difference", I feel like we're going to get to see that here in Buffalo (we sure did last season)!
