My boss had passed this to me a while back and I FINALLY just read it - what a fantastic article! Pop is the freaking man, how do I join the Spurs staff? I might have to link to this every time someone on TBD goes off on how culture and chemistry mean nothing in pro sports. Pop would disagree, as would plenty of current and ex-Spurs I'm guessing. Pro sports are as much of a mental game, as physical and bringing people close, forming those bonds, can only make a squad better... I watched that game in an airport - had a blast watching / chatting with Ravens fans as they dumped on their Playoff QB! And if they were, the non-Ravens fans were 100x worse ?

Awesome clip - can't wait to see Allen this year! Not only does he have a ton of talent, but you have to love his humble beginnings and attitude. If he succeeds and the Buffalo Bills succeed (especially over the Pats) I think NFL fans around the country are going to love the kid!
