There is no substitute for real game action especially in rehab. If he is to rehabilitate, he needs to play. Saying he "literally does nothing" is just wrong. Literally.

It's both at once - imo the coaches are forcing the issue. He has to learn to process better and he can't do that running wild. also can't be done outside of real game action. Stay put and learn to process. If Allen can improve (doesn't have to be perfect) it adds a new dimension to his game which is a big step towards ultimate success.

For now, yes, and Josh needs to learn to win that way.

Yes losing sucks. But in the grand scheme of this season i'm not sure what is better, winning that jets game with Rogers still intact or losing with the jets season being destroyed. Of course I lean win because winning is never bad. But considering the Jets could very well have challenged us for a playoff spot with Rogers around, Floyd's play may have been more important than winning. And yeah, i'd prefer we go 17-0 but the truth is bills dolphins jets are all contenders and there is only so much room. The jets are almost certainly out of the way now.
