  1. Why is this news? Isn't everyone out there mocking the Bills? I think it is just reward for being such a bad organization - we hire badly, draft badly, have some God aweful uniforms - there is no redeeming quality for the Bills right now. Take the medicine and hope for better days...
  2. The only one who could have fixed these three was the Wizard of Oz...For you RJ, a heart...and you JP, a brain...and lastly, poor Dorothy, oops, I mean Trent, some courage for you. Please - what went wrong was they were/are ill equiped to be an NFL caliber quarterback. No shame in it - they drank from the rarified cup, but they simply lacked the package and not many have it...
  3. Whew...God what a relief, I was worried he might be snapped up by one of the NFL's true power brokers. Now he's ours....all ours!
  4. Beautiful man....just beautiful...
  5. I agree with the JP call - you simply cannot mess with the Zohan and, even if he sucked on the field, he was cleaning up the west side one piece of trash at a time...
  6. There it is - bring him back.
  7. Just about says it all doesn't it? One of 30 jobs in the world to the streets of WNY...amazing!
  8. if they make the Maybin move...now we're talking!
  9. Yes - with an old meddling owner whom the game has past by....
  10. Until the good people stop lending their support to the product - this will not end. I think the people are finally starting to get fristrated ot the point of wanting to do something, but until people stop going to the games or stop caring in general, you will get no change at One Bills Drive. it's been said many times, nothing will change while Ralph remains the owner...but the catch most fear is that, when he ceases to own the team, there is a good chance it will be gone...so you are forced in a way to support a crappy product. Let's face it, as long as Ralph is around, no respecting coach or front office man will want the gig in upstate NY - you can't build a winner.
  11. This was a good move...now, if they really want to garner some attention, fire Modrak and hang the blame on the horrible drafting on him...hell, I might even resign up for the NFL ticket if they did this...
  12. I understand the model - but I believe that the average fan will be the over on this. In fact, from what I understand in Vegas, when teams are realy bad, the only betters ar ethe die hard optimist fans...and in this case, you know every die hard Bills fan will bet over....
  13. Trust Vegas my friends...trust Vegas. That Mecha was not built on being grossly wrong when it comes to stuff like this...
  14. Opinions are like a-sholes - everyone has one. Because this man's opinion agrees with your desire for Sanchez to be average, does not make it so. By his own admission (and again opinion), Sanchez can develop into an efficient passer - game manager perhaps...and that would be a good thing. I know nothing of Sanchez, but opinions of Brady coming out of collage were not high and we all know how that worked out. if Sanchez fails, it would not totally surprise me as I am not a fan of USC QB's, but if he pans out, well, he was taken 1st overall.... Said to your post I don't think this mans opinion validates yours, just similar - only time will tell.
  15. An honest post...thank God!!!! If I read one more Maybin true believer account, I am gonna hurl. This man is his generations Erik Flowers....
  16. There it is - the first, "this guy looks awesome" yadda yadda yadda post... It's back!
  17. See that's the problem - it's not Spiller plus one hybrid...it's Spiller and Jackson and Lynch...
  18. He has potential - but let's temper dreams with the reality - he is a rookie receiver form a run first offense. He will take at least a year to mature into something more than a special teams contributer. If you have hopes for our receiving corp this year, it will come in the form of Hardy or Johnson...and a touch out of Spiller when he lines up in the slot or wide...
  19. It's another 4 to 6 win season.....that's it. As to San Diego - you'll only be in it as KC and Denver are not so good...San Diego will regress this year...just watch....
  20. Why would the Jets or Titans not have employed the same logic when they traded their excess running back baggage? Maybe they saw someone on available in the draft they really coveted? I can see it both ways, but if we could have moved Lynch and picked up the OT from Maryland, I would have called it a win win for both parties. As it is now, it's a gamble - either he will be worth more as Spiller holds out or get's hurt and we need him or no major injuries occur and he languishes on our bench, sulking, running over people in WNY and stealing money from cops' wives....
  21. I understand he is over 300lbs - perhaps a transition to OT is in order!
  22. If you read the grades (player grades) on CBS Sports line, The Bills did well. If this administration knows it is a 2 plus year rebuild needed - they did a great job. Next year, seal the OT spots and cement a QB onto the roster and they might yet compete. This year will be a tough one for fans though....
  23. Exactly - next year is supposedly going to be a great QB draft....
