Cut their losses? They traded one of the best young RBs in the league. One so good the NFL had to change the rules because of him. This would be like trading Spiller in 2011 when you Fitzy on the roster. Its not cutting your loses. Its amplifying your loses. This seriously questions the integrity of the game.

Don't expect Legursky to be an upgrade to Colin Brown. He didn't lose the competition because of injury. He lost because he is an itty bitty crappy lineman.

It seemed that the Panthers only watched film of the 2012 Bills defense. They were completely surprised that the Bills would blitz. I put that on Rivera, who is a crappy Head Coach. Newton blows up his rookie year then they change the offense and he can't do squadoosh. Hint - Go back to the offense that was killing the NFL before Rivera was on board. And the Panthers lost in a way I thought only the Bills can lose. A PI call on a game icing INT. That is right out of Chan Gailey's 4th QTR playbook. Anyhow I don't think Rexxy is as bad a coach as Rivera. I expect Geno to be very prepared for Rex RyanPettine's defense. I expect Keller I mean Soldier Grapefruitnuts to have a bananas game. We still can't cover TEs and Leonard is all over the ball but it doesn't look like he can bring anyone down any more. I still think the Bills win but its gonna be close. If Mario gets 2+ sacks again the Bills win.

First of all for $99 if you buy the Madden 25 video game you get Sunday Ticket on any device for free. You can sell the game after you get the paper out if you don't game. If you can still do it and afford the C note do it. Its a no brainer. Second. I watched him at Florida State not as much as you and didn't see an NFL decision maker either. He is custom tailored to be a NFL QB in his height, size, arm strength, and speed but he seemed to make late/bad decision at Florida State all the time. I gotta say he isn't lighting it up but he looks a lot better in pre season and the regular season. Especially in the 2 min drill. I credit the coaching staff. He still seems to be afraid of the long ball but he has a quick release and is making decisions quicker on the short stuff than he did at Florida State imo.

I second this. Is Andre still a coach on the Chiefs? I think they were talking about Stevie. When Bruce DeHaven says "hahaha Why you loooking at?" Andre and Smith are already talking. It sounds like " . . . you see him get "pressed up" on that slant? Better go talk to his ass (and) tell him to get in the !@#$ing weight room." Which has to be a call back to Stevie saying he doesn't work out in the off season. "Pressed up" must be an NFL term for getting pressed off the line of scrimmage and not being to fight through.

Get better friends. McFadden's and the place next store is a no brainer if you're in NYC during a Bills game.

BTW, I thought Rhonde Barber was really good in the booth. He made a few flubs here and there but for a rookie he was miles better than the F- crew that CBS usually trolls out for Bills games. He has a future in the booth.

Agreed. O-line is solid AND Manuel avoids when neccasary. That big throw to Woods for the 1st down would have been a 3 and out with Fitzy. (The one where Rivera challenged for some reason.)

I'm not sure what thread you're reading. Geno is most assuridly in any pupularity contest, which is what OROY is, purely because he is the starting QB of an NFL team as a rookie but more importantly an NFL team in New York. Its still early.

Reid on 9ers is looking good for DROY. But looking at the Fox and ESPN coverage not to mention the Pepsi Rookie of week site Alonso is definitely on the list. Star from Carolina is probably also up there. I got to say EJ probably remains the favorite for OROY. Unless Austin, Hopkins, or one of the rookie RBs blows up its gonna come down to who has more wins between EJ and Geno.
