  1. Is the point of the post to point out how good of a pick EJ Manuel was in retrospect ? Because there is no one at the bottom of the 1st that is looking like a no brainer. If it's not intended to do that it does a good job of doing that.
  2. Bills 99 Saints negative 4. We spare them the embarrassment of allowing triple digit scores by subtracting everything over 100 from their score. That is 13 TD and 13 two point conversations by the Bills by the way.
  3. Nothing in this post is true.
  4. Wow. My phone wigged out. Now I know what happened. Well four posts agree with me.
  5. I hear what you're saying but I fairly confident no team will give the Redskins a pick. He already visited buffalo as a FA. I'd wait it out and work him out after he gets cut. That's kinda where this is heading IMO. Keep the pick and still get the player.
  6. Yeah everyone knows the true measure of a QB is if they can walk off the street in a new offense and run the offense like they had all pre-season and training camp to learn the offense and get the timing down with the players in 10 days.

  10. I agree that Shep has/had potential but Mason Foster and Justin Houston had clearly clearly clearly higher upside. Mason Foster pretty much single handedly held down the defense on a talent-less Washington team. I thought Shep had potential but always believe he wasn't the best option at LB with that pick.
  11. I think you're referring to the broken play where Tanny heaved it toward the end zone. I wouldn't say the receiver blew by Aaron, there was a lot going on, it was basically a scramble drill and his receiver got lost super deep in the chaos. (This was prior to the hail marry at the end) it was Hartline that squeaked free. Hartline isnt fast enough to blow past anyone. He is more crafty like Stevie. Given enough time Hartline squeaks free against the best In the business he is a frustrating cover.
  12. Ellis Lankster is contributing right now. A seventh round pick isn't a throw away. Look at all the UDFA that contribute on this team. It's foolish to suggest so. Fred Davis 2013 isn't Fred Davis 2010. He isn't valued in this league at this point in time. There isn't a trade market for a banged up TE with a prior substance suspension. It's that simple.
  13. Von Miller. I couldn't see it translate in the NFL. He was fast but I didn't think fast enough.
  14. What round was Stevie Johnson drafted?
  15. If you think getting a 35 year old injured LT or a 39 year old injured TE for a late round pick is a good deal, I got a bridge Id like to sell you. Don't give up a thing for an injured old TE. Wait until he is eventually cut.
  16. A player on a 1 year deal getting traded before the trade deadline almost never happens and certainly wouldn't be worth a 6th or 7th pick in the NFL. Its not the NHL, there isn't much of a rent-a-player market.
  17. He was suspended then injured last year. And Reed and Paulsen are younger and out performing him. Davis is on a 1 year contract. His trade value is a bag of footballs at this point in time and that might be pushing it. He'll be cut if the Indigenous Peoples don't want him. If the Bills brought Davis in for a workout after he is cut, I wouldn't mind.
  18. Let me first start my saying I believe Gilmore had an amazing rookie year. For someone to walk in and start from day 1, in a system where he basically was in man coverage on the top receiver on every play as rookie is pretty special. Yes he got burner a few times but he also made some amazing plays that another person wouldn't have been able to make. At the end of the fourth qtr it looked like they had moved Aaron Williams back to CB with McKelvin at the other outside CB. Anyone else notice that? I have been one of the biggest McKelvin haters here and I still get nervous when I see the ball coming to the receiver he is covering but he has been playing amazing this season. Aaron Williams looked horrible at CB last year but something really has clicked with him. Maybe its coaching but both McKelvin and Aaron Williams are playing at stud levels. Do you think we will see a similar set up as we saw at the end of the Dolphins game. Start Williams and McKelvin outside and sub Gilmore into packages? Gilmore's club hand is obviously effecting his play. It looked like he got picked on quite a bit, especially in the 3rd QTR of the Dolphins game. While Gilmore is healing I wouldn't mind that set up on Sunday. Especially against a team that will throw to anyone including eligible lineman.
  19. The Everbrite link has a wildcard cert *.domain.com so some browsers choke on that. That is the $40 Party. Pinto Kenny told us about a different party I post the flyer he sent here. Its on like a Mofo. BTW THAT IS AN AWESEOM QUOTE BY BRIAN COX. I never saw that before. Its funny because its true.
  20. I just got my tickets? Where is the party Pittsburgh Bills Backers?
  21. He told Kyle Williams he had to scoop and score. Kyle said something. Kyle's back was to the camera. Then Mario said !@#$ that over and over. It was good to see some personality out of that bunch.
  22. I agree. On the interception Mario clearly effected the throw. I figured I'd just mention too indisputable plays for the knuckle heads that want to focus their jealousy on Mario's contract.
  23. For about the 4th time on this thread, in 11.2 the ball breaks the plane and is over the out of bounds line.
  24. Mario's first sack tool a FG off the board for the fish. Mario's second sack won the game. That is the definition of a difference maker.
