Football Stadiums need a second screen experience in a hurry. The home experience is soo superior in football. The same can't be said for Hockey or Basketball. For example in New Orleans the have 2 tiny mini-Trons and the av crew appeared to forget they were there most if the game. Replays were basically non existent. It was like watching a football game in 1972. If I had an app on my phone and could choose to select different replays in stadium it would make the experience better. I know the apps and companies exist. The NFL really has to focus on making the game watching experience better in the stadium. Now you don't go to a NFL game to watch a game you go for the whole day experience. That doesn't mean you have such a disparate game watching experience as compared to watching from home.

You don't think it's a bit pointless to try and curtail draft talk when there are many people that clearly are interested ? Even as early as, you may want to sit down for this, week 1? If you're not interested in draft talk don't read the threads.

This ^ All Nelson does is go out with Velcro hands and make first down and TD catches. Yet people think he is a dime a dozen because he is slow. TJ Graham is super fast but can't catch a cold. He really should be converted to Safety or Corner as he has the hands of a little old lady. When you see a defensive player drop an easy interception, like how about 3 were dropped by the Saints defense last Sunday, and you say "Thats why he is on defense" that's TJ just on offense. EJ does not throw the ball long. Having Chandler and Nelson work the ball in the middle would/should have been a no brainer for a rookie QB. I like the comparison to Hartline and I think like Joe Jurevicius Nelson will be contributing in the NFL for a long time.

Since Wood is locked up. Byrd will be franchised next year by the Bills. If he is traded between March 2014 and July 15 2014 the team receiving him in the trade can extend and renegotiate the Franchise contract. Right now it is unlikely anyone will touch him for much because they can't renegotiate the contract until March. Alan Branch and Jarius Byrd are the only UFA the Bills have in 2014, and Branch ain't getting franchised. It basically allows the receiving team in 2014 to have two franchise players and get one of the top safeties in the NFL. We just need Byrd to get some pics this season so he can boost his trade value in March.

The minute he was drafted over Orakpo it was 1.) Over for his career as he will always be compared to a far superior player. 2.) The most obviously, horrible decision in NFL draft history. If you locked Orakpo and Maybin in a room together before draft day and only one could come out. Orakpo would be walking out of the room without breaking a sweat. Its hard to find another example where a decision was clearly as bad. For Example if the Colts took Ryan Leaf over Peyton Manning at the time it would not have been a horrible decision. At the time and after the time it was clearly a horrible decision to take Maybin over Orakpo. That being said. I applaud his persistence I hope he dominates the CFL.

I think most of these stats pass the eye test. The inability to stop the run is frustrating but the defense is clearly playing at a top level. If Searcy is someone rated high in some advanced stat the advanced stat is flawed. Searcy is a liability.
