Bills to pull out of Toronto deal per Mark Gaughan

If the Bills have 8 sellouts then there is a case to discontinue if the Bills have any blackouts then the game is going back to TO. Put your money where you mouth is. -
Predict Jairus Byrd's contract - $25 Amazon card to winner
1B4IDie replied to Estro's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
6 year 66 million with 36 million guaranteed to Philly. I went back on forth on Oakland Green Bay and Philly. Byrd's contract will beat Berry's contract from 2010 guaranteed. So anyone in the 50s is out. 6 year 72 Million seems crazy but I wouldn't be surprised given the room that Oakland was to spend. I can see him getting a 6 year 72 mil from Oakland and turning it down for a contender that offers 6 years 66 mill with over 34 guaranteed. It won't be the Bills that much is for sure. -

You WNY residents better buy some more season tickets and sell out all 8 games this season. OBD stepped up now you need to reward them with dollars. -
A dream that makes you frightened, restless, and worse for the wear is called a nightmare. So I guess you have a point.

People were confused with Kolb's status. Thats the reason for the thread. It wasn't clear to anyone what Kolb's Medical status, including Morrone.
-
You may not be in your right mind.

There you go straight for the horse's mouth. At about 12:55 http://audio.wgr550.com/a/88236494/3-4-bills-general-manager-doug-whaley-joins-the-howard-simon-show.htm "We're waiting on the medical" I would speculate that means as soon as Kolb is given the medical clearance to play/practice then they will cut him. They can't cut him until he gets clearance unless they reach an injury settlement. I would think that Kolb's camp is going to try and make an injury settlement happen given that no one in their right mind would want Kolb on their roster.

Doug Whaley (mis)quoted Dumb and Dumber in his press conference. This is not a good sign. -
Who would you rather do Kate Upton or Katy Perry?

You've been pretty consistent with your opinion. However I think it is pretty clear that it is NOT about money. Byrd wanted out of Buffalo and made it clear to Parker and the Bills FO. It's that simple. A franchise tag is not a one year deal. This seems to be the basic point that so many people don't understand. A Franchise tag is a placeholder; That is all. It gives the team and the player until June to work out a long term deal. -

Actually they're keeping their pistol holstered in a fist fight. If they pull the Franchise Tag out you better use it. -

Bills app just sent update that the Bills will not use Franchise tag in 2014. Brown just used Transition Tag on Alex Mack. You think anyone wants to be a Brown? Yet The Bills FO still sits with thumb up arse. -

If you believe that then how about teams won't want to sign Byrd because he had a boo boo on his toe. Its not really a 3rd round pick. Its a not a Top 100. and there is no guarantee the Bills will get it. Plus 2015 draft is notoriously week. That is not really a compelling argument, No to mention why would the Bills lose the comp pick? Byrd may still walk in Free Agency just a little delayed. -

I think you Franchise him. Give yourself until Camp to work a signing and trade. Then if it really is that bad you can rescind the tag and let him walk in August, after all the FA money is spent. There is zero risk for The Bills to use the tag. -

The last comment is one of the many reasons why the Bills must franchise Byrd. They're gonna look like punk bitches and any player that wants out just needs to hire Eugene "Bills Basher" Parker and Overdork will get his ass handed to him. -

8.4mil is less than 30 mil guaranteed and less than the signing bonus of the long term contract that is rumored to give Byrd 30 mil in the first 3 years. The franchise tag is actually a discount. Get over the money. It's not about the money. Byrd wants to choose his own adventure at Buffalo's loss. You can't let that happen. -

Word Franchise him just to send a message to Eugene Buffalo Basher Parker. !@#$ Eugene Parker. -
1.) in your OP you mean Clowney right? 2.) you completely left off Watkins which will probably be the 1st WR taken. 3.) there are 7 rounds in the draft. I really do not see anything special about Mosely or Mack (aghast yes I said it. Our UB boy by way of Florida is mostly hype) You can get a great LB in the second or third round. That 6-2 to 230 - 259 body type is rather easy to find. They'll be there in the 3rd and have a great resume too. The 6-4 4.5 big body WR with solid hands is basically a needle in a haystack. If Evans is thee you take him, knowing it will take a year or two to develop. But also knowing you're drafting a physical freak of nature that has the floor of Sidney Rice and the ceiling if Megaton. (Yeah I said it. I've seen Evans make the jump ball catch triple covered in College similar to Johnson's highlight play in 2013) To me it's a no brainer desicion. Your first round draft pick should be a body type with athleticism and a brain that you can't find later in the draft. If the Bills determine they like Evans brain it is a perfect fit. Me Likey

What will the Cleveland Browns do in the draft?
1B4IDie replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If St. Louis offered Tavon Austin to the Bills for EJ Manuel, Kiko Alonso and Chriss Gragg. The Bills would not stop laughing. It would be strange if the two teams pulled off basically the same deal in back to back years. I would love the move but St, Louis is in the toughest conference in football now and needs more not less talent. -
Peyton Manning makes more than Russel Wilson + Cam Chancellor + Richard Sherman + the Super Bowl MVP. Something has got to give on the Seahawks sooner than later.

Thank you. Someone finally got my Shemp reference. It's just Moe and Shemp now. They threw Larry and Curly overboard.

I did the math. I can buy 25 houses on the block where I grew up for the price of my current home. I dreamt of buying an entire block on the west side and tearing everything down and building a castle with a moat. It's be awesome! But I'm sure there would be protest to save the ****ty tenements. Pretty much any change ever in Buffalo is protested. EJ likely could have paid cash for the home. Although with interest rates being so low he probably could get a commercial loan to pay for the house then beat the interest in the stock market.
-
No he is the 4th of 3.
-
Yeah but they promoted Shemp. So What does that really get you?
-
Its Toxic not because of the individuals because everyone gets **** canned before they can build anything. This is like stopping an Oil-Spill by pouring gas on it and lighting it on fire.
