Jairus Byrd [was Jarius Byrd]
1B4IDie replied to Iowabillsfan4life's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jeff McLane (@Jeff_McLane) 3/11/14, 3:08 PM Got this from an NFL executive not in the Jairus Byrd sweepstakes: "Good player, but not clean health. I would not give him a ton of money" It just seems like all 32 owners know he was faking the turf toe last season during his holdout and all 32 owners are not eager to reward that behavior for a safety. So what happens in 3 years if he under or over performs? It's not a sound investment when a player has a history of playing games like that. -
So I wonder who Buffalo is Calling?

BTW Its this guy: http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0079273/?ref_=nmbio_sp_1 -
Thank you for the breakdown. There is an over pouring of love for Ebron at #9 over all but I just don't see it. I don't think an NFL team would reach that high for a TE, especially one that didn't break the mold. Ebron is in the slightly above average mold of TE, nothing revolutionary that would be worthy of the #9 overall pick, imo.

The Bills still can't cut him unless he is cleared to play or the Bills reach an injury settlement.

Don't feed the trolls. -
I think a lot of people would like that draft. Is 46 enough to move back 6 spots?
-
Before cutting Moore and Sproles they needed to clear 11 mill just to sign rookies. That's not to sign Graham. They're no where near done when it comes to clearing space. Next you'll see a whole bunch of restructures. It's going to get worse for the Saints before it gets better.

That little turd burglar John Clayton just said "at least he (Byrd) is out of Buffalo". It was an off hand remark but goes to show the fact that ESPN and that troll hates the Buffalo Bills -
They're not cutting to sign Graham. They need to cut 11 mill to sign rookies. The Saints went all in for another Super Bowl. They lost and now it's time to pay the piper. Graham is a pipe dream until they get their cap in order. The fans can be made for the FO for getting jammed up against the camp but at least their FO took a shot.

The trade down is the best option especially if the 3 QBs go in top 8. If the QBs go early then that means there will be a player that a team covets available at #9. So Bills fans should be rooting for Bridewater, JF and Bortles to go early.

This is bad advice. You don't need to rent a car. What rude posts?

Bills to pull out of Toronto deal per Mark Gaughan
1B4IDie replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So I grew up in Buffalo going to Rich stadium I moved out then I went to 50% of the NFL stadiums. Two years ago I realized I hadn't been to Rich, now the Ralph in over a decade. Looking at the Ralph as someone that doesn't live in Buffalo any more and has been around the league. Yeah it is chronologically old, but it is a great stadium. I mean the Superdome doesn't have cup holders or a decent screen!! and that was after the remodel. The Ralph is a really great stadium. the Concession area and bathrooms stink, sometimes literally, but thats an easy upgrade. Its better than most stadiums. In terms of buildings 40 years isn't that old. In terms of NFL stadium that NFL owners extort of communities it is old but the Ralph building is more a great building and great place to see a game. Unless they build a smaller stadium closer to a population center in Erie County, I don't know what a new stadium gets the Bills franchise. -
This ^ If you really want to participate make a Swedish food dish you can bring to the party. I've gone without a car on road games and have never had a problem finding a generous Bills fan that would let me pop something on the grill. In Buffalo you should have zero issues. Pinto Kenny's tailgate is a free for all with everyone welcome it's in Hammer's lot. It's easy to find. Just come back here when you get your tix and let everyone know. I'll be at the home opener and that game is basically a holiday in the Buffalo area. Lots of people make a special trip for the home opener. It's a blast. Other suggestion is aim for a September or October game. Earlier in the season, before everyone's hope is strangled, the tailgating is a little more fun.

Yeah I'm starting to believe Evans won't be there at #9. It he interviews well knows his X and Os and people think he will work hard to better his craft he almost assuredly will be gone. I fear the same. Bridgewater, Manziel, and Carr aren't exactly sure fire prospects that a GM wants to make "their guy" with a top ten pick. Someone may roll the dice on Johnny but I can see the rest all falling and being taken in trade back or trade up moves later in the first. Which then puts a team that needs an offensive weapon in a bind. Although I don't see a scenario where Ebron is taken top 8. My fear with Ebron is that it takes years for TEs to develop. He will be labeled a bust before he contributes in 2016.

The knocks on Evans are mostly imaginary. If he is there at #9 it's a no brainer.

Bills to pull out of Toronto deal per Mark Gaughan

1. Notice the quotes around "sellout" and the parentheses next to that thanking the company responsible for the "sellout" 2. You're describing network television contracts. That is not what I was referencing. 3. If you don't know what my avatar is from you better axe somebody. -
Bills to pull out of Toronto deal per Mark Gaughan
1B4IDie replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Because every home game for every NFL team must not be blacked-out for local broadcast. It is the NFL. That is the expectation. If we move a game from a guaranteed "sellout" (Thank you Rogers communication) to a blackout this makes the national advertisers upset and gives the perception that the Buffalo fan base is not supporting their team. Why is this confusing to you? -

And when the doctor sends the Bill for getting you cancer free. Your reaction, is why do I have to pay this Canada has free Health care! The Recaptured game must be a sell out in order to kill the TO series. Thanks. Here is some more irrelevant information: The sky is usually Blue during the daylight hours. -
