  1. Looks way better on the iPod Touch. I don't have to constantly pinch and unpinch??? whats the opposite of pinch?
  2. Week 1 Buffalo vs. Miami - Win Week 2 Buffalo @ Green Bay - Loss Week 3 Buffalo @ New England Patriots* -Loss Week 4 Buffalo vs. NY Jets - Loss Week 5 Buffalo vs. Jacksonville Jaguars - Win Week 6 BYE Week 7 Buffalo @ Baltimore Ravens - Loss Week 8 Buffalo @ Kansas City Chiefs - Win Week 9 Buffalo vs. Chicago Bears - Win Week 10 Buffalo vs. Detroit Lions - Win Week 11 Buffalo @ Cincinnati Bengals - Loss Week 12 Buffalo vs. Pittsburgh Steelers - Loss Week 13 Buffalo @ Minnesota Vikings - Loss Week 14 Buffalo vs. Cleveland Browns - Win Week 15 Buffalo @ Miami Dolphins - Loss Week 16 Buffalo vs. New England Patriots* - Loss Week 17 Buffalo @ NY Jets - Loss Reach to a 5-4 record, everyone talks about how unbelievable The Bills are in the mix for Wild card and what a great job Chan Gailey and Buddy Nix are doing; then the Bills finish the season 6-10, 1-5 in Division.
  3. Why wouldn't you copy the whole list you silly monkey? "This is the future of the NFL a la Cowgirls, Jag, Bucks, Vikings, Jets, Deadskins, Giants, Eagles, etc etc" I guess I see how you interpret your facts you pick and choose the information you want to hear instead of look at all of the information.
  4. They say that the 2 statistics that are leading indicators for success, of a QBs drafted in the first 2 rounds, are if the QB prospect has atleast 65% completion ratio and atleast 25-30 starts in college. (I don't feel like tracking the quote down its from that crazy dude that over analyses stats that got hired as an exec for an MLB franchise) Brohm has both. You can't just right the guy off because he was behind Brett Favre and Aron Rodgers. The packers didn't dress 3 QBs. Maybe they liked Matt Flynn as in game backup last year or maybe the Pack put Brohm on the practice squad so he can get more reps. Teams don't expect a mid season poach like the Bills performed to get him. This will all play out in training camp. I don't think Gailey or Nix have a favorite going into this. This will be a true competition throughout camp. If Brohm is evaluated as the QB that gives the Bills the best chance at winning, there is not any money or favoritism behind the other QBs, Brohm will have earned a starting job. Its about as simple as it gets.
  5. I got much more money on my sources than your sources.
  6. Why are you bringing up random offensive statistics? The point is that teams in the NFL use more than 1 RB. The days of 1 grinder RB are long gone. If you want to talk playoffs. Indianapolis Colts - 2RB New Orleans Saints -3RB San Diego Chargers -2RB Minnesota Vikings - 2RB New England Patriots - 3RB Dallas Cowboys -3RB Cincinnati Bengals -1.5 RB Arizona Cardinals -2RB New York Jets 3RB Green Bay Packers -1 RB Baltimore Ravens -3RB Philadelphia Eagles -2RB No one is asking you, it is a fact. So thanks, you can keep your thanks to your self.
  7. RBs are not in all the time in 2010 Its not 1975. You have 3 situational RBs. He is not drafted for 3 years from now. He is drafted for today and he will be put in a position to put up numbers in 2010. If Freddy Jackson can get a grand with this offense . . .
  8. Lynch has something to prove on the field a 4 th for a Lynch is way under value. If he plays well this season and we need to find a trading partner to get the QB of our choice in 2011, Lynch can give us a bargaining chip to a team in the top 10 that thinks they already have a franchise QB. If Lynch still wants out in 2011. Swap 1st plus Lynch to get Locker, Luck or Mallet. Lynch has more potential then any UDFA, so give him a shot in the new regiment. If he fails, you can cut him or trade hime and most likely still get a 4th or 5th for him in 2011. This is a 2+ RB league. Freddy may not be able to catch the lightning in a bottle again. Spiller, and Lynch/Jackson gives you a nice backfield. IT IS NOT A LUXURY. (Jerry Sullivan is bitter old fart.) This is the future of the NFL a la Cowgirls, Jag, Bucks, Vikings, Jets, Deadskins, Giants, Eagles, etc etc
  9. Um, who told you to expect a vast improvement? You should check your sources. No vast improvement should be expected.
  10. Ravens have a nice tail-gaiting area. I live in the DC area and Baltimore is the closest thing to Buffalo on the East Coast. Fans are serious too. It can be a fun town and fun time. The Bills Backers of Baltimore will put togther a tailgate with the 3 Bills Backers Clubs in the DC area. There is pretty much guaranteed to be a big Bills tailgate. I go to atleast 1 road games a year. I'm going to Lambeau. Tickets are going to be $180-$250. There is no getting around that as far as I can tell. But the Bills aren't likely to play in Lambeau again until they move to LA and become the LA Quake. Then thinking about Minnesota. I try to go to NFC teams because of the NFL schedule we won't play them as often.
  11. We just picked up 1. E ANTONIO COLEMAN, AUBURN BUZZ: Coleman led the SEC with 10 sacks in '09 and had 24.5 in his career, which helped him earn some all-league honors. But his lack of height (he's 6-1) and so-so ability against the run led most NFL teams to think he only could be an outside linebacker in a 3-4 set. Given that he never has played linebacker and has no coverage skills, drafting him was seen as too big a risk.
  12. I expect that this year everyone's "mock" will have extremely low grades. Thehuddle has a bit of a watchdog rating as far as mocks go. http://www.thehuddlereport.com/Free/mockdraftscoring.shtml
  13. http://collegefootball.rivals.com/content.asp?CID=1078638 Some of them have interesting resumes and good size. I wonder whose sister they screwed not to get picked up. 1 in particular could be training camp fodder at worst: WR DANARIO ALEXANDER, MISSOURI BUZZ: While he's not a blazer, Alexander's size (6-5/215) and production (113 receptions for 1,781 yards and 14 TDs) as a senior had most projecting him as a late-round pick. Instead, he wasn't selected.
  14. I buy 1 Jersey everyseason. Until last year. I'm not buying anymore Bills merchandise until they finish a regular season with atleast 9 wins.
  15. 1 AP and Bills were not linked in any way 2 Lynch was not a reach 3 Willis was the primary. We traded up to get Poz. The brass was most likely picking between Poz and Lynch at 11. 4 Revis wAsn't linked to the Bills either Let's not rewrite history. Let's just be happy that the Bills didn't take Poz at 11.
  16. 1.) There was barely contact, 2.) Boston player should have gotten a diving penalty. (They stop calling that in the playoffs) 3.) If Connolly's foot is injured that bad; why is he on the ice? If he is scratched in game 3 or 4 we win 1 or both. Its tough to pin it on 1 guy when Vanek and Connoly are both injured and Rask played well above his pay grade. But if anyone gets the blame its Connoly he played like a dude with prosthetic foot most of the series. Ruff should have benched him and let the Portland Pirates take a run at the Bruins. Miller should be pissed and ask for some real firepower. Bright spot was Gerbe looked like a baller!!! or is that pucker!!!??
  17. I thought you were Maybi talking about someone that is 6-4 "250."
  18. 1. It is open competition. 2. Nothing is "done." 3. The starting QB has nothing to do with the starting RB 4. The Bills don't have to try and sell tickets. (its not Jacksonville, no one in Buffalo has **** else to do besides go to the game.) I don't think Trent is a good QB or will be the starter but this is post is on the short list of stewpiderest posts ever.
  19. I still like The Erection Company. However you can keep it simple with the Ohhhh Line.
  20. I tend to agree with you plus a home runner hitter isn't exactly going to increase offensive time of possession. However if we could stop the run in the 4th . . .
  21. The Saints, Texans, Dolphins, Pats, Jets etc . . .ran all over us last season. If you look at the 2009 Buffalo Bills they had a lead or were tied in 10/16 games. They only Won 5 of those game. The sixth win was the "come from behind" win vs the Dolphins. Teams knew not to try and pass on the secondary to "come back," most of the leads were not much than a 3 points. They simply put it on the ground. If we could stop the run and turn 2 of those 5 loses after leading in the 4th quarter to wins. We're 8-8 in 2010. If we turn 3 of those loses to wins, we'll have our first winning record in what seems like forever This team isn't as bad as everyone around the country says they are. The national media writes of Buffalo by default. If this draft helps bolster the run defense. We're on the right track. There are alot of negative people on this board about the direction of the team, because they wanted a Big Name, Low talent QB in the draft. There are alot of if ands and buts but I for one have much more hope for this squad then I did during the Rob Johnson\JP LOSSesman era. But who knows if these small school dudes can make it in the big pond. This will be key in turning around our habit of snatching defeat out of the jaws of victory. PLus I know you don't have **** else to do on Sunday and you're going to watch or game to the game anyway.
  22. Winner !!! The Erection Company
  23. No one will fail miserably. All 4 are solid back up QBs (TE, Brohm, Fitz) and 3rd STRINGERS (Levi Brown)
  24. You beat me. I got $5.00 he makes the team, if only for special teams.
