We will find out how important Lee Evans is
1B4IDie replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You didn't notice Stevie has been consistantly double covered the last 4 games? You didn't notice the Dolphins are the #6 defense against the run? We can't run because Lee Evans isn't in the game? That is hilarious. -
Anybody feel like owning up...
1B4IDie replied to SageAgainstTheMachine's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I prodicted 5-11 which will end up being spot on. However I predicted a 4-5 start then 1-6 finish so I will own up to the fact that I didn't expect a 5-3 finish. This is amazing. We get to knock the dolphins and NJ jets out of the playoffs! That's 3 strikes for you douche bag. Given all the less than stellar posters on this board you will be the first and only person to make my ignore list. I bid you farewell and wish you nothing but continued pain as the Bills' success seems to be something that causes you pain. Brian Brohm????!! What a maroon! -
The problem is Lee didn't take those years to work on the craft of WR. He is a one trick pony. I'm not saying cut him. I am saying if Lee would have taken those bad years to work on going over the middle or get in and out of cuts better he could have made himself an irreplaceable complate WR. Instead he is just a guy that can run real fast.

Come on Kelly. I don't think you're being fair or balanced. Your Lee Evans protectionism is strange. Lee run real fast in a straight line and is really good at that. Speed kills in the NFL and Lee's speed is not easily replaced. How ever a safety over top is hardly a game changing defensive strategy. I'm not saying cut him but when you have young hungry WRs that fight for the ball an extra safety in coverage doesn't have a huge effect. And that's the real result of Lee's absence. What will the defenses do with the safety that would watch the fly route? The answer is not much. -
First step is to forgot about the DVD burner. It's a digital world and you need to capture the stream to a media file on your computer. After it's captured you can choose to burn a DVD of the capture. If you're using a above the board solution that incorporates something like windows media player, there is a free extension you can download that let's you record in windows media player, however than you get into the whole Digital Rights Management and you can hit a brick wall pretty fast. If you're doing something a little less corporate friendly. This seems like a good discussion: http://all-streaming-media.com/download-streaming-videos-and-music/record_17_www.justin.tv-How-to-record-streaming-videos-from-Justin-TV.htm.

He doesn't have that option if he's going to be a FA.

I'm sure Studsrville made that call, ;-) Great Brandon Lloyd brought my team to the #1 seed now he I might as well bench him. My guess is 12-20 130 yards and 1 TD passing with 12 rushes for 46 yards and 1 TD

This is an amazing list! You rock.

Looks like Leach landed in College Park,

Come on papa, look below. -
I'm looking forward to watching Roosey, if we have a local boy, playmaker fans are going to go nuts. Watching Big Willy, Starks, and Roosevelt play was super fun. If Roosey gets it done on Sundays for the Bills, fuggedaboutit. With Stevie Johnson on the otherside! Things like that don't work out for the Bills. I'm stupidly excited to see Roosevelt catch the game winning TD to beat the Pats, it will be Pandamonium. Goal posts will come down! A boy can dream . . .

This is so bad it's spectacular I spit out a little beer when I read it. Awesome.

I live in DC, Twerps football is on this area's sports radar right after the Washington Mystic, although the Terps Basketball is probably more closely tracked than the Wiz. VT and UVA football is more important than the twerps too. If Leech comes here the DC media is going to salivate over all his juicy quotes, but unless they go undefeated they'll still be irrelevant in the DC area. I thought the Fridge won the ACC coach of the year recently. They're gonna give him the raw boot? Edit: the Fridge won 2010 ACC coach of the year and MD is asking him to retire. Weird. Again MD football isnt really discussed on the news or sports radio so I didn't know. ACC football is super weak if Leech could pull a few 4 star recruits (5 star might be a little unrealistic) MD could easily make a run. -
We were competitive in the 1st three divisional games and Fitzy was the QB for 2. The 3rd was TE vs the Dolfags. I have full confidence we will be in the game this Sunday that means Fitzy will have been able To hang tough against all 3. With a second shot at the Gatriots and the NJ S-u-c-ks. Obviously if Fitzy looks like TE in those three games that will raise some questions. However I haven't seen anything in the last two years to make me think that will happen.

Yeah we probably should have cut Jason Peters are Demetrius Bell after 13 games too.

So this is what most fans do on a Sunday. Not bad, I just need a laz-e-boy. -
Don't forget lazy too. There are dozens of draft and mock daft threads to read on this forum.

"You could be a Buffalo Bills fan"
1B4IDie replied to BillsObserver's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Texans and Bills are the only teams not to make the playoffs since 2000. One is a relatively new expansion team the other is the worse run team in the NFL. -
Are you happy with the Buffalo Bills poll
1B4IDie replied to BillsObserver's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The discussion that led to the poll had to do with the 2010, 3-10 Buffalo Bills. Not the idea of the Buffalo Bills in general. Put a poll up. "Are you happy with the Buffalo Bills?" I'm guessing about 90% would say No. Yeah things are looking up, but an 11 year playoff drought doesn't make people happy. -

1B4IDie replied to BillsObserver's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
But that would be a different poll. This is pretty simple, are you happy with the 2010, 3-10 Buffalo Bills? Yes or No. -
Big Ben has about 20 pounds on Mallet so subtract 1. Junior year completion percentage, TD, int, wins but add 4.

Don't even Bother stony, Dre has a personal vendetta against Spiller.
-
Good plan if you want to ensure that the player leaves, or you pay them the most money possible. If you actually want to keep the player you renegotiate the deal in the offseason leading up to the last year of their contract. That would be 90 days from now, March 2011.

The Amish Rifle! Don't worry he said the day after knocking the Jets out of the playoffs.

If this is really a quote from Chan Gailey: he is literally saying, without any sort of interpretation that "CJ Spiller has not adjusted to the intensity of the NFL." I would consider that calling out CJ Spiller. For a coach to offer that kind of comment to the media is calling out CJ. With very little interpretation he is basically saying CJ Spiller needs to take his game a notch. Its not like when a statement is made and a blogger takes it out of context and runs with it, if this quote is true, it is very literal what he means. Plus DJ very rarely played rookies, so its not really a departure for the Buffalo Bills to have rookies on the shelf, if anything the 2010 Bills have had more contributions from Rookies than in years past.
