The mob is full of morons that wanted to see aBrohmination behind center. I'm not really concerned about that, this is the same Fan Base that wanted Jim Kelly benched for the Reich one, baby. So that's not really a concern of course there will be a brooding horde of slack jawed yokels that will call for Thigpen. Who cares. The real counterpoint to my statement is that it doesn't matter what the WR core wants because they are all fighting for a spot so they can't play games. They have to make the most of every opportunity they get because we can't keep all the WRs on the regular season roster.
-
No controversy the players love Fitzy, they're not going to support Tyler. Unless . . . Somehow Tyler Thigpen looks like John Elway, then there could be a controversy but I doubt it.

I'm mad as hell and I'm not gonna take it any more!

This never happened. It's not. This never happened either. This hasn't happened yet. I've never heard one "expert" say "the Bills need to keep poz" Not really, FA tend to be FA and go where the Money leads them. (you don't let players you want to keep become free agents.) I doubt the Bills haven't planned for the contingency of losing their FA LB (you kind of plan on that when you dont extend them the year prior to them bring free agents. ) You're entitled to your opinion and yes if Poz leaves it will be another hole to fill but I think it's not a certainty that it will not be adequately filled. It is possible to find an ILB, in a 3-4 that makes form tackles 5 yards off the line of scrimmage. -
The ladder not the formar. Typical Bills go after Trevor Harris when you can get Nick Davila.
-
If you can interpret anything from this; Poz is staying and lil' Donte is gone. Although I don't think you can read that far into the moves.

There's just one Dick that's pushing the strange "Moulds was average at best" agenda. I think the majority agree that Moulds was a very talented player.
-
I don't think anyone is saying he should be in the HOF. I think the point is he had HOF talent if the circumstances were different he may have had the stats and playoff and SB resume to support it.

Bones can heal, joints are more difficult to get back to 100% if ever. I'm generally more concerned by joint stuff. "A dislocated foot" is a strange term. Dislocation generally means joints and ligaments are involved and the foot is a hot spot for bones and ligaments. Either way if he broke both his legs he may not have the bone density that can take being crushed to the ground by angry LBs on a regular basis. If I cared enough I would like to see the video of the dislocated foot, I'd be willing to bet it was tackle from behind where someone grabbed his foot and twisted. Its not a common football injury. Another clue that his physiology may not be NFL ready. Just kind of freaky term that piqued my interest, although a dislocated foot is technically a stubbed toe. (or having 6-4 250+lb men chase after you and forcefully and violently bring you to the ground)http://www.mdguidelines.com/dislocation-foot However the kid looks like he has a ton of potential (30 catches in 6 games) and should have every opportunity to earn a roster spot at TE on this team if he can perform in camp and pre-season.
-
If he can make form tackles 5 yards away from the los then he can make this team. It looks like we'll have an opening for that. An UDFA, Londoon Fletcher clone wouldn't be a bad fill in for an injury prone second round reach.

I hope he uses the goalpost like heavy bag after scoring TDs

Sorry, Wvu is below the mason-Dixon. The mason Dixon line is basically between md and pa. WV is north west of VA and west of Md Buffalo however is definitely north of the mason Dixon.

Ozzie Newsome knows how to GM. That's for sure. If he plays to his pre chemo potential; Woo, what a story! You got the blind side and the come back on one team.

Gruden loved that guy in the Pryor sit down. Made me like his ability to be every where. The Bills have a tight nit, crowded WR corps. It'll be one of the fun camp battles to watch. Sazenbacher seems to have a knack of always being around the ball, a good quality for a special teamer. Let's have some fun and have someone say that means the Bills will draft Pryor in the supplemental (if there is one). (for the record I hope not) Yeah I remember he played at USC as a true freshman at RB then disappeared. Interesting. If this guy knows how to hit a hole he could find a place on the roster. It'll be interesting pre season fodder at the minimum. Playing RB at USC and Florida makes a nice resume.

Not completely true Moulds got 5,900 of his 6500 yards in 5 seasons. 5 900+ yard seasons and two 1300+ yard seasons and 38 TDs. Lee has 2 900+ yard seasons and 0 1300+ yard seasons but has 5 more TDs at 43. His 5,900 yards came over 7 years. Moulds stats from the 5 year stretch as a #1 receiver is what you expect from a #1 receiver. Lee's stats from the 5 year stretch as a #1 receiver is what you expect from a #2

Depth Players at TE and LB tend to play special teams. No suprise the Bills were thin at LB and TE in 2010 and their special teams sucked. If any of these guys make the team it'll be becaus they played well on special teams.

Your seething hatred is palpable. I don't think you have a good perspective to share useful information on this subject. I hope this is good therapy for you. Lord only knows what he did to you but it seems like it's something beyond football.

Raiders fans have seen our Bills' fans tweets and aren't happy. We need some more tweets.

Per Chris Brown - Bills won't target top 60 FAs
1B4IDie replied to akm0404's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah can the title be changed to, "Unsubstantiated Pot Stirring" instead of the inflammatory "Bills won't target top 60 FAs" -
No its not like the luxury tax in the NBA or MLB. There is a "hard" salary cap in the NFL.
-
Reading the early, mostly unsubstantiated information, it looks like the players won the Lock-out. 4 years then Free Agent - check No extra 1B of the top then 42% of the rest as the Owners suggested No 18 game schedule No two a days Medical Plan for life. The salary spending floor rule Increased money for Retired "legacy" players Owners get Rookie Salary Cap - Although The Player's wanted one but the salary structure looks more like the aggressive owner's schedule and they didn't take the player's "performance pool for rookies." - So I guess you can give that to the owners And no missed games? And then the big market owners got the double whammy of increased revenue sharing with small market teams. http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/story/15348620/lockout-judgements-winners-losers-turning-points

Someone had the same idea as you and tweeted to both of them to come to Buffalo. I wouldn't mind Gradkowski as a backup.

So you think they make a list of the Top 100 Free agents then start making calls starting at say 70? Yeah that makes perfect sense. -

I find it hard to believe that 1.) Chris Brown said "the Bills are targeting the 70th-100th best free agents" Even if he did say that I doubt 2.) that the Bills rank all free agents in order. Top 100 free agents is a term used by "media" and fantasy football. Actuall football people are going to look at team needs and players that fit the team need. Not whether they should pick up the 69th or 70th "best free agent" Do you have a link to the audio? -
Why would a game on August 11th be delayed?

Eric Moulds Y/C was over 10 yards per catch every season he was a Buffalo Bill. His 12 year Career Average is 13.1 yards per catch. What is your beef? My point is pretty simple, Eric Moulds has HOF talent. Your point is you don't like when a veteran receiver tries to draw a flag, great for you.
