  1. Which one is your favorite kid? How can you pick? They both are my favorite in different ways.
  2. Outstanding haiku TBDers have talent for Haiku stats are funny too
  3. The Bills go 4-0 in Super Bowls and there is already a multi-million dollar HOF in Buffalo. The Bills go 3-1 on Super Bowls, same thing. The Bills go 2-2 in Super Bowls there is a 2 million dollar Bills HOF and practice field, same thing with 1-3 in super bowls. 0-4 and the money goes to Canton. (they put the Bills 4 AFC championship games in a row Up against the Eagles 4 NFC Championships in a row. BIG DIFFERENCE the Bills WON all 4!).
  4. My rationale is that if Football guys did have attention on them they'd be signed already. Getting Zach Miller on your roster is a big splash for any team, especially with only 2 or 3 FA TEs signed so far. I find it strange that two of the Top TEs in FA have haven't been taken care of yet. While everyone was scrambling for WRs a smart GM could have tried to poach one of these guys. 7ish would be a nice deal for Miller, it'll be interesting to see how much he gets. I think Scaife is a little better than you're giving him credit for, has good hands, he doesn't drop the ball, he can block pretty decent. He just isn't an elusive route runner and doesn't create separation with speed. He'd be a nice fit. BTW Chandler is listed as RFA and is unsigned as of today. So I don't believe we even have this Chandler character at TE.
  5. We're almost a week into free agency and there doesn't seem to be a market forming for Boss or Scaife at all. With no other bidders they should get a deal.
  6. Zach Miller, Bo Scaife, and Kevin Boss all seem to be available and cheap. Seems like a no brainer, come on Buddy Ole Boy, make a call.
  7. It makes 0 sense for Denver to start Tebow with Orton on the roster. It would make more sense to ask him to restructure to 2011 draft salaries or cut him, than to start him. Fox has to walk a fine line because the fans love Tebow. It's going to be interesting to watch this play out.
  8. Green Bay would not exist if the Packers did not exist. It's a tiny town. Buffalo would exist if the Bills did not exist. It's a small city.
  9. http://t.co/zFlgD7x The key piece of information is the 3rd QB rule is no longer. So if Brad Smith takes snaps at QB there won't be any issue.
  10. This actually isn't a horrible idea and I bet we could get a 5th, 6th, or 7th back. Can you call Buddy Nix and tell him. Cutler can throw the long ball, and Lee Evans would be a nice fit for Chicago. It's one of those nice matches for both sides that will probably never happen.
  11. Promo there is a whole new line we forgot. The Gatriots make a move; "The Patriots just put the single greatest player in NFL history on their Roster and all we have is an undrafted free agent. Burn the stadium down!" The Jests make a move; "The Jets just put the single greatest player in NFL history on their Roster and all we have is an undrafted free agent. Burn the stadium down!" The Dolfish make a move; "The Dolphins just put the single greatest player in NFL history on their Roster and all we have is an undrafted free agent. Burn the stadium down!"
  12. I don't know. Weren't the rumors that we were at 4.5 and he wanted over 6+? I think he wants Poz money. I'm not sure if he will get that. I don't understand what the decision would be Indy or Cleveland. Hmm let me take 0.002 secs to decide that one. I think he might be finding out that he is more of a 5 year 5 mil kinda of guy.
  13. More unfounded, immature degrading and excuses. This string without your posts would be detritus free. My opinion is on page 1 my opinion backed up by others is in page 2. Care to add some value or just more abusive nonsense?
  14. Saying that someones never watched a Steelers game is just plain dumb. You haven't bothered to give your opinion, just petty name calling. Mods should really try to elevate the conversation not act like this nonsense. You have no clue what you're talking about when it comes to me and the only thing you've proved is you don't know how to have an intelligent conversation. If you can't tell that An injured Willie Colon is a bad move by the Bills from 10 feet away then maybe you should try moving a little further away it looks like you need to gain some perspective.
  15. That's funny. I totally had to unfollow Twitner.
  16. They said they will try him at CB a million times. He projects to an NFL Safety better so don't be surprised if you see him play both positions in pre-season. If he works hard and can perform at CB its a win. If he ends up at Safety its still not so bad.
  17. Sad but true. Maybe they can just make HTML shortcuts For these responses like [FASigned] [/FASaigned] it'll save people a ton of time.
  18. Yeah Maiorana off. In case people haven't noticed CBs get Paid in todays NFL. $5M a season is relatively cheap and I think about appropriate for Florence. $4.9M would make me feel better but he said he would coach in the UFL if there was a lockout so I'll throw in 100K a year if he coaches up Aaron Williams.
  19. Much needed resigning. This would have been a much much much much bigger loss than Poz. Don't forget. This also the time to resign your 2012 FAs too. You don't let the guys you want to keep to become FAs, thats how you keep them. If you let a guy become a FA, you're saying you ok if he leaves.
  20. I do. Do you? Here this might help you get a clue: http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/player/scouting/_/id/9717/willie-colon Here is another assessment from a Steeler's fan: http://www.pittsburghsportstavern.com/forum/showthread.php/9953-Steelers-2011-Free-Agents-Analysis-Willie-Colon And that guy actually wouldn't mind having him back on the Steelers. I don't know why you try to call me out when it's clear you don't know anything about the Steeler's O-line or Willie Colon.
  21. 2007 - Unimpressive 2008 - Unimpressive 2009 - Looked Better (dominate is a bit much) 2010 - Injured 2011 - Buffalo Please pass Just ask Takeo Spikes and Shawne Merriman, an Achilles is a multi year injury.
  22. Oh please no! That Steelers O-Line was one of the few lines worse than Buffalo's line the last few years. We don't need an injured cast off. He was a weak link on a weak line in Pittsburgh.
  23. I wonder what all those #51 Jerseys at Rich - - er - The Ralp are going to say now? Genius move by Ralph to increase revenue. The Jags are all set at stopping 15 yard runs now, and it only costs them $7M a year.
  24. That is what I'm saying. You don't put in a new QB because the one you're starting is struggling. You put in a new QB because the one on the bench gives you a better chance at winning. There is a distinction there. You don't shove the next guy in line just because the guy in front isn't performing. You throw the next guy in line if you think he will do better than the guy thats in. There was no reason to believe aBrohmination will perform better than Fitzy and if there is evidence that Thigpen is better than Fitzy and gives the team a chance to win, than you start Thigpen. If Fitzy throws 2 Picks in the 4th, and your attitude is, "well lets see what the other guy can do." That is stupid and will not likely lead to more wins or a stronger team.
