They'll miss him. Please. This is what a team HAS to say, from players to the GM. What are they going to say, that they messed up and should never have let him go and they're doomed against the run now?
-
I'm pretty sure nobody has any use for you, either. D*ck.

I'm not sure how the English language can hold up long term with the onslaught that is hip hop, while getting flanked by texting lingo and rear-ended by slackening standards. (See "ginormous added to the dictionary")

Gene Upshaw passes away per pft and nbc sports.com

Wow, that was unexpected. If there's a heaven up yonder, and he's there, I'm sure he's already arguing firmly for a longer eternity. -
Channel 13 in Rochester is reporting.....

Oh, it MUST be true then... -
Missing the point. A stadium in NF will do more to effectively regionalize and attract toronto money/fans while keeping the Bills the BUFFALO Bills. No way can the Bills survive as an NFL team without Toronto money.

When did Tasker say that? Damn... I know we're counting on him so I hope it's not serious/long term.

No, I got the point perfectly well. I just remember how stupid and childish your posts were. And re: "toughness", read my post again and please do tell me where there's evidence of an attempt to be "tough". This might help you draft a response: http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/tough -

I wouldn't worry. Your comments vanished into insignificance immediately, like a fart in the wind. -
We're not dooooomed!

For those recording the game, rewind to the kickoff after the TD (I think it happened then). Schouman gets knocked awkwardly on his left leg and held it in that unmistakable "high ankle" sort of way. Haven't seen #80 on the field since. Bummer.

Well, I've seen enough. Bring in the twos and threes, please. Well done, aces.

Why is this player not on the Bills??

tommy donahoe made some mistakes. letting pat walk was chief among them. -
A sensible, reasonable, positive post! What the hell is happening to this place?

you say numbers don't lie. Well, numbers can tell whatever story you want to tell. It has been said before, but two examples bear repeating: Marv had a losing record when he came to the Bills, and Belichick had a losing record when he was hired by NE. More important than those little salves using two all-time greats, is the fact that Jauron took over a hapless Lions team, and in CHI he had to work with a terrible scouting dept that made more first-day mistakes in his tenure than any coach should have to endure. They also had to play a year without Soldier Field, which played a tangible role in that season. Still he had one of the better defenses in the league. Then there's what he did last year despite having the HARDEST schedule in the league and the most players on IR ever. Point being: You can use "data" however you like - you can look at the facts and devise a negative forecast, or you can look at the same set of facts and devise a positive one. There's nothing you can do about anything Bills-related. Nothing. So, you might as well find the bright side. It's there.

I bet the kool aid drinkers and Losman haters...

You are one miserable dude. Why not wait and see how the season unfolds before you start throwing lamps at the Misery Party? Lighten up, it's football. And we'll be good. World beaters? Not likely. But good. Hey, I promise. -

Must be preseason. Early preseason. Not surprised to see how many over-reacting, negative, whiny posts there are following that game. Par for the course here. Hey 1billsfan: Waa. And if you think Jauron is clueless, you're clueless. Oh, and Waa. PS: Waa. -
Just another example of why fans don't have enough information on the players to get angry about who we picked and who we passed over. No matter how many fan sites and amateur "subscription scout" sites one reads. Might as well piss into a fan. The kind that creates wind, not "fan" like you and me. ...

Meh... Palmer is overrated at 8, and the only reason Allen is at 12 is sack numbers - that guy is not a top 40 run stopper. Woodson is overrated at 18, and if Steven Jackson is the 33rd best player in the NFL, then I'm the pope. And the fact that they have Winslow at 44 is a joke - sure, if he hadn't nearly destroyed his body, he'd probably justify a higher ranking. But look at his career production - one good year and you want to put him at the top of the game? Please. And Welker is only there because Brady was throwing to him. Would he be considered a top fifty NFL player if he were still a dolphin? Not a chance. This list reads like a popularity/hype meter.
-
What a useless list. Like most lists written in the tumbleweeds period of the offseason, it will look foolish at this time next season. I'm not sure why they bother. Actually, I do. They do it for clicks. Yawn.

You're clearly an idiot. And you take from a post only what you want to read, and ignore the rest. The fact that bars exist to serve drinks is largely irrelevant to the two facts that matter: 1. We, and especially YOU, don't know if he even had a single drink that night. I know I've been to bars many times without so much as having a drink. 2. Even if he HAD been drinking, that doesn't mean that he had been drinking enough to be impaired. You can go to a bar and have a few drinks over a period of time and not be at all impaired, legally or otherwise. So who has the thick skull? I think the majority of respondents in this thread know.
-
The fact that he didn't address it does not mean that he had been drinking. He also made no mention of being attacked by mutant green flamingos wearing taffeta Bird-Fit tutus. And even if he HAD been drinking, that doesn't mean that he was legally DUI. Just because YOU make a big deal of the omission doesn't make it worth all the breath you've wasted on it.
-
No, we can all agree that it's a good thing you're not in law enforcement or reporting. And that you've turned this into your own strange soap box of sorts. That's about it when it comes to you and this subject.
-
Do you think you have the market cornered on brilliance? You haven't impressed anybody yet. You've only annoyed and ignored many replies. Give it up. The bottom line is, the DA investigated. Are you the better or more informed authority? And if you don't understand the concept of saying as little as possible when you know there's a potential money grab in the future, then you should try the R.I.F. remedial courses.
