  1. Maybe the Bills should play a home game in NYC as part of a regionalization effort? (/sarcasm)
  2. Do you think Toronto wants that pre-season game back?
  3. Did the Patriots fans feel like we do now when we were good? ie, Does being a Bills fan now feel like it did to be a Patriots fan from 1988- 1995? I don't want to ask a Patriots fan though, my mother told me never to talk to those type of people...
  4. Out: Miami - Two years ago Pittsburgh - Pre-season game Jets - last year Maybe: Browns Detroit Cleveland Most likely: Jacksonville Patriots Chicago Discussion: Jacksonville would be best for Buffalo - There's not too many Jaguars fans in Toronto (I don't think - are there any Jag fans anywhere?) so it would be most like a home game for Bills. Patroits would complete the AFC East opponents, each of whom would have played in T.O.; But they travelled internationally last year (I. Bowl in London) so maybe that puts them less likely to travel internationally. Probably lots of Tom Brady and Pats fans in Toronto - Home field would be a wash. Chicago would be marketed as "Bears vs the Bills" and they'd try to evoke the 85 Bears vibe to get people to go to the game. My pref - Jacksonville - The other teams we play we should play in O.P. where we have a real home field. Would season ticket sales in Buffalo increase if a "Dog" of a game got moved (send the Browns!!!) instead of an opponent who doesn't play often in Buffalo? However Cleveland might travel to Toronto to watch the game as much as Buffalo fans would, which might lead to lack of Home field advantage again. Let the speculation begin!!!
  5. 28 of 59 Once you see the list you go, "Oh yea, I remember them..."
  6. toronto, ontario, or canadian gov will not subsidize the construction of a modern NFL facility, ala ford field, lucas oil or cowboy stadium. No new stadium - no nfl team. After Skydome (built for over 500 million) sold to rogers for like $25 million, the public support won't be there. The only justification might be if there were an upcoming olympics, but I think that chicago would be bidding big for 2024, so no new stadium. However, some Toronto guys just bought a stadium in Pontiac....
  7. I took the name off of the Holcomb jersey that I got after he was let go/left, so that I could proudly sport the chroise. When I was in toronto for the pre-season game, some one asked me if I had bought an Alex Van Pelt jersey. I don't think that AVP ever wore the "new" jersey, just the throwback colors, (or colours)
  8. TO show not available in TO! Damn you regional content restrictions!!!

  10. Or should we get a tight end? I can't wait
  11. Would you be happy that we got a bye in the first week of the playoffs, or dissappointed that we missed out getting a (wild-card) home playoff game?
  12. Here's the link for the game day release from the bills, containing all the stuff that the fox guys will know about the bills. www.buffalobills.com/upload/090708SeattleRelease.pdf
  13. Was it a dream I had, or wasn't there an IBM commercial that said one day we would be able to access all the NFL plays on our computer - show me video of all the 3 and 19 plays the bills had between 2003-2006 when playing against a team with a better record. - Kind of a Youtube of every down in every game, in all of NFL films history. Wouldn't that be cool?
  14. Try this one too... (the good old days?) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mBUczEwLJ6o
  15. Mike Sherman wears tight shorts?
  16. Would Mike Sherman bring Brett Favre with him? If so, he's hired.
