  1. Read this on another board, so take it for what it's worth. According to this person, Chuck Dickerson was on the radio in Rochester this morning, and says there is a good chance the Bills will be playing "Marty Ball" next year. Supposedly, there has already been contact. That doesn't make sense though, since he is still coach of the Chargers. I hope we wouldn't give up a draft pick for this guy. Please don't kill the messenger, just passing on what I read.
  2. LMAO! And Philly would be undefeated, with a man who threw nearly 30 picks this year as QB. Sam is our version of TO.
  3. I don't want him as coach. Sorry, but I always felt he was an average coach, with Super Bowl talent. Don't know how he'd do with this team of misfits...
  4. Thanks for taking the time to type all that Promo, I missed it live.
  5. That describes JP, to a "T" Except the injury part, but Kelly was hurt too.
  6. I hope Haz isn't our next coach. I'd rather MM stayed.
  7. LOL! I'll consider the source. You are part of the crowd I spoke of.
  8. To someone without a clue, like yourself for example, maybe that is the case. Anyone with half a clue, realizes that until you give this kid tools to work with, we will never be able to gauge his talent. Upgrade the o-line, or we'll never have a QB worth of starting here, especially with the moron hot pocket crowd.
  9. Same fans that wanted the Reich one starting too. As AD would say, retard rollercoaster.
  10. Reply to someone who cares about what you have to say.
  11. I can't see how anyone is giving up on JP yet. Did anyone see Alex Smith play this year? JP already looks like 10 times the QB he is, and he was a #1 overall pick. Christ, Bills fans make me sick sometimes.
  12. Why can't you win a Super Bowl in scenario "A"? Of course I'd rather win a Super Bowl with a journeyman, but there are no guarentees. So let's go with the guy we drafted.
  13. I agree. Which is why I was disappointed he didn't add a little something.
  14. Great post, and I totally agree. My way of thinking is, JP needs to play so he can "make the right decision on which pass to throw." Thanks for taking the time to write that. It gives me a better perspective, on things I'm missing.
  15. If you read the entire thread, Darin was replying to a statement I made about time to throw. It really had nothing to do with the thread premise, of a ten year vet being slightly better then a first year starter. Feel free to add something intelligent next time.
  16. I agree Darin, but the ironic thing to me was, the amount of time Holcomb had to throw these past two weeks. I would have loved to see JP get that much time to throw.
  17. How many failed third and fourth down conversions, helped build up KH's completion percentage? How about red zone passes short of the goaline?
  18. Here is a comparison, between the guy who gives us a better chance to win now, and a guy that is supposedly raw: Holcomb: 8 starts 1509 yards 10 TD's 8 INT Losman: 8 starts 1340 yards 8 TD's 8INT After seeing that, I am more pissed that JP wasn't given the whole season to play. In his first real season of action, his stats are almost identical to a 10-year vets. Throw in Holcomb's 5 lost fumbles, and add to the fact that JP had almost 150 rushing yards, and these two are equal. Only difference is JP should get better, while Kelly doesn't have the luxury of youth. What a joke this organization is, including this moron head coach.
  19. Also, Holcomb had the benefit of the running game, for at least half his starts.
  20. Refer to my first reply. Love you, or hate you, you are always entertaining.
