i'm not an expert by any means, but i've been taking a look at Mahomes. He makes some plays that blow your minds, looking off safeties, throwing a dart down the middle of the field. Then he misses on a bubble screen. What seems to be the issue is his footwork looks to be disastrous. Everything is off his back foot when he throws from the pocket. That seems like a hard correction. I would note that he had more of a turnstile than an offensive line but i'm far from sold.

This would be season-crushingly bad news.

i love both the top safeties in this draft. Both have a chance to be elite. i would also never be upset with a good OT or a LB that can cover.

Just mean the whole situation. Everyone excited about landing the number on OC available, getting ahead of themselves, and then being let down. I guess the Bills are somewhat to blame given the Broncos are a much more attractive and respected organization.

Well that is a vague and meaningless. How would hiring a DC with one year experience help the Broncos fix their offense? All i know is that if the Bills were finalizing the hiring of Joseph this place would be in flames.

Denver is just a significantly better run and more successful organization right now. Not to mention he's from California, and went to school in Utah. I have to imagine Denver is an easier sell than telling the wife and kids to pack up, we're moving from San Deigo to Buffalo.

My best guess of what's happening. They like McDermott but Lynn is still the front runner. However, they are becoming increasingly worried about their competition for Lynn, and are now floating McDermott and Lynn as co-frontrunners so they don't look bad.
