  1. Yay we got a similar player to derek schouman. Power of the hback
  2. I'm sorta in agreement, but regardless of our offensive needs, you don't ignore the secondary. A Te isn't gonna stop the patriots from whipping the bills secondary around. Or that game against the jags, who killed us in the passing game. Or the colts if we make the postseason. Outside of Mcgee/greer it was painful to watch last year. If we can land an athletic te with our next pick, and then some oline depth it's a moot point.
  3. fixed, as backwards from how good offenses seem to function that it is.
  4. Not a clue wtf reggie corner is, but we did have really sh------- depth in the secondary, if he can help improve that, so a team like ne doesn't whip us like dogs next year, and in the future. I'm all for it.
  5. What did he do? In all honesty what is the issue here?
  6. Cmon buffalo just get kellen davis for the love of god. PLEASE
  7. Kellen Davis and then Xavier Adibi
  8. Jaws Like any quarterback that can be a passer in THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE.
  9. No to a fb until later. Something like Kellen Davis and then Xavier Adibi would be pretty sweet though
  10. Herm isnt bad as far as drafting. Obviously Carl Peterson was kidnapped by aliens
  11. the players or the teams they're going to?
  12. This is the bills and the te position. That kind of stuff doesn't happen for us.
  13. Martin Rucker isn't an ideal all around te. However his receiving ability just might be worth it. Him or Kellen Davis. Address this position for once please.
  14. Exactly. A good receiving te opens up so much. Not to knock the potential impact of a James Hardy, who's size is an obvious benefit. A good te helps your short yardage/redzone offense, and I believe would make more of an impact on the game later in the year in bad weather games, compared to your average wr. When every yard matters in games like we had against the browns/giants last year. It opens up the middle of the field, and helps the qb and running game. I don't get why the bills continue to devalue the impact te's have on the game.
  15. As happy as I am we got a potentially very good pass rusher. It depresses me that it seems the bills will never get a te
  16. Im pretty sure they showed a split screen of thomas/jackson with thomas being handed a phone by his agent or something. Then espn proceeded to talk about how Dick Jauron loved Keith Rivers.
  17. I never really understand reports that say certain players have questionable "Work ethic". Especially when you pointed out in your post "38 qb pressures". The guy may be a similar prospect to daryll tapp. You can never go wrong with an edge rusher. Especially one who can be a future starter down the road.
  18. Sweet finally a pass rushing end
  19. de- still need a pass rusher. getting the early corner is fine. We have no speed off the edge rush. Someone like Chris Ellis, Jeremy Thompson, Cliff Avril. dt- Always need insurance. Pat sims dre moore, ahtyba rubin te- kellen davis or jermichael finley wr- Caldwell, Bennett or Doucet
  20. Yes I know it's been shown 3243243 times but since it's here. Why not once more. I'm a little annoyed I won't be around by the time the bills pick. So everyone enjoy the draft, and Let's go Buffalo!!
  21. interesting. I wonder what the ravens have in a trade offer. Considering you cant trade a conditional 3rd rd pick
  22. typical eh. Exactly why I was hoping they'd sign Bryant Johnson or Hackett. While not great either. It beat's having to overdraft some non impact wr in a bad year for wideouts. The best of the bunch looks like Thomas, who may just be some 1 year wonder.
  23. Well they're both slot guys and white, so there's that. Welker is much quicker in the open field, nelson is taller, and a longer strider. Really the only similarity is skin tone, and they're both slot receivers. Past that not so much. There's better wr's in this draft then Nelson. Like Donnie Avery/Doucet/Caldwell/Earl Bennett/Jerome Simpson.
  24. The Bengals are spiteful, and the redskins hate draft picks. Seriously the bengals aren't winning anything, and their organization is such a cluster !@#$. They should get what they can for Chad now, and try to rebuild their team. The guy doesn't want to play there. Despite never being arrested, like other members of that organization, will just continue to make life miserable for them.
  25. They'll learn this pretty fast. I also expect once you get by the first few picks, some teams will take awhile. Like the Jets deciding between gholston/matt ryan or a trade down. Although next year, I expect they'll move the draft back to noon eastern standard time.
