  1. By Fielding a team with actual talent?!? Or A NFL Caliber head coach?!? Either or would be a good place to start
  2. Marty has brought the browns, and chiefs to the afc championship. Martys career record is 200-126. Jauron wishes he was in the same stratosphere as Marty. The guy is a proven winner. He's turned around teams pretty much everywhere he's been. He would've been the best thing possible that could've happened to Buffalo.
  3. I used to call him a poor mans Jake Plummer. I think now that was giving him too much of a compliment.
  4. Well I was 5 I was an eagles fan then I caught on to the Bills right around that time as well. If the Bills never existed. I'd probably still be an Eagles Fan.
  5. That's really up to the Bills front office. Give the fans some half ass reason to believe. "Oh we have James Hardy, we'll be fine on offense" and this will likely be the case. Give Edwards a real NFL tight end and we'll be seeing the future qb for a long time of the Buffalo Bills.
  6. lol I've been saying as much for the past several years. It's no excuse. This team is as soft as flour, and sucks in their defensive front 7.
  7. Any win is a good win. However this team is so damn soft, and they act and play like it. With the exception of very few players. They have no leaders,No playmakers. While fans sit and B word about Losman vs Edwards. Like either one of these qb's is the difference between us being good or sucking. Although in my honest opinion Edwards will be the guy in Buffalo. It's up to the Bills front office to surround the guy with the right players. We're a bit off from that. From an attitude adjustment, to player personell to coaching.
  8. I am no JP Losman fan, but in the event the bills were to beat the dolphins, jets, broncos, and the patriots, a team mind you we have beaten only once in like what 19 games? If Losman performs well in those games, an nfl team in no way should let the guy walk. That would be flat out foolish to do so. Do I think this is gonna happen? Of course not. This team is too weak defensively, and always plays like dogs against NE. Money ideally should become a non issue at the expense of winning football games though.
  9. Then good. Then the Bills should tag him, and go into next year, having him compete against Edwards for the job. The teams issues go far beyond whoever the qb is.
  10. No I'll look at is as hey we beat the dolphins. It doesn't change anything. We're still not making the post season, it's still just the dolphins. I'd be much more impressed if week 17 we're at 9-6 and this team is competative against The Patriots.
  11. The Bills suck outdoors period. They have a defense based on small quick players, and track star wide receivers. They have an indoor constructed team. Weather would be a disadvantage for us. Not the dolphins who play a 3-4 defense, and have a good running game, and ball control offense.
  12. What kind of tape are we talking here? Duct Tape? Athletic Tape? Electric Tape Teflon Tape? Holographic Tape? Glow Tape? Maybe it would be ok for some Filament tape. Anything else I'd have to say no.
  13. This should be used everytime someone brings up choir boy character. This team needs football players, not good old community country boys.
  14. You people are QB Obsessed. There is no magic pill qb, and spread option Urban Meyer system players aren't gonna cut it. I dont care if we had Peyton Manning, this team constructed as is, would not win 11 games. sh-- the colts have Peyton Manning, and for awhile it looked like they wouldn't even make the postseason. Having a franchise signal caller is great and all, but this team has front 7 defensive gaping holes, and lacks a center, te, and another wr on offense. Before you can even think about inserting a pet project qb.
  15. because we can't beat teams that run it. It's one of those if you can't beat em join em things. Personally I don't care what defense we run. We don't have talent on that side of the ball in the fron 7. I personally prefer a more attacking style of defense. A Jim Johnson type d. Again it's not a scheme issue. It's a talent issue. The front 7 needs to be drastically improved. Yeah the 3-4 can be exploited by teams who can either run a spread pass heavy offense, minimizing the effectiveness of the lb heavy defense, or by teams who have a strong power running game, with a upper echelon te to exploit the lb's in coverage. Most of these good 3-4 teams now have so much talent in their front 7 they don't run a strict base 3-4, and throw so many different looks including 4-3, 4-4, zone blitz, and cover 2. Good teams don't build to scheme. They build and adjust schemes based on maximizing their players abilities. The Bills, and apparantly some fans don't quite get this
  16. In the event Losman beats the dolphins, beats the jets on the road, the broncos on the road, then back to buffalo and beats the patriots of all teams, I will eat a pair of dirty underwear. It's just not gonna happen.
  17. The 51 yarder to evans was a frozen rope showing above average arm strength in the game vs the chiefs, while evans was covered. He also had a very nice td pass to evans that went 70 yards in the dolphins game last year, About 50 yards in the air. Obviously it's not Jay Cutler strong, but it's certinally above average. Arm strength is an overrated aspect. Give me the intermediate stuff, and the ability to get yards after the catch. You don't make a living in the nfl being able to throw it 80 yards. You certinally don't run an offense like that. Why it's a concern is irrelevant. It's not that he "doesn't have the arm strength" It's when the opportunity presents itself you have to take your shots. Slow developing pass plays, are not the bread and butter of any nfl team, or a qb. Even guys like Jay Cutler who has accuracy to go with his wicked strong arm, don't throw it 50 yards 30+ times a game.
  18. lol would it be past Jauron to go after Taylor Mays?
  19. I tried to, but after awhile it was obvious she no longer had interest in even being friends. It's a two way street, and after awhile, she didn't want to bother. So I didn't push the issue. I left her a message a few years back telling her as much, and said if she ever wants to get in touch with me, she knows how, and wished her the best. sh-- happens
  20. 4 years old in pre school. This girl used to chase me around the place. One day she pinned me against the wall and kissed me. I was 4 so I didn't pay her any mind. My friggen loss. 13 years later in highschool, I fell for her pretty hard. She was in my biology class. We talked all the time. Was my lab partner etc. At the end of junior year I struck up the nerve to finally ask her out, and was told words that make my blood run cold. "I like you, but I don't want to ruin our friendship". Needless to say, after highschool, we lost touch, and I haven't spoken to her in about 7 years.
  21. The defense is fine? rofl Tyler Thigpen Larry Johnson Matt Cassel Benjarvus green ellis Chad Pennington Tedd Ginn Jr Trent Green The Arizona Cardinals would all disagree. This defense, stops the run ok. They can't generate a pass rush to save their lives. The lb's are horrible in coverage. One good game, against a sh------- team like the niners doesn't change that. Not to mention the multiple 7-9 minutes 15 play 9 minute drives we've given up during this down period. This d is anything but "fine".
  22. You suck at life
  23. Me thinks 2 things 1. The jags really miss marcus stroud 2. The more I watch Houston the more I wonder how Steve Slaton slipped to the bottom of the 3rd rd edit: Ok make that 3 things Mario Williams is a f'n beast
