that would be some pretty funny stuff to see someone drop kick a chihuahua. I've encountered a lot of different dogs in my neighborhood and the most viciious dog I've ever met was my friends chihuahua's those critters might be small but that was the nastiest dog I've ever met It would constantly try to bite you as you walked by. I don't think it was from training or poor bloodline as much as it was just uber territorial. It just didn't like people or other animals outside of his human family. My neighbor who's a cop btw when he first moved in brought with him a pitbull and 4 rotweillers. Why I don't know other than this guy is a douche. One day the pitbull was barking at some kids playing stickball in a parking lot when he charged and jumped over the fence. Lucky for the kids the dog was tied to a leash and ended up hanging himself. His rots while they haven't attacked anyone that I know of , well around here you just know not to walk past his house

Worst Team IN the AFC and Why
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to plenzmd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Jamal Lewis didn't play vs the Bills he was serving a 2 game suspension. Chester taylor finished with 21 carries for 89 yards. Jerome Bettis also didn't play week 17. Wille parker however did burn us for 19 carries and 102 yards. This wasn't too correct you just that we got burned by people we shouldn't have. We had a habit of letting nobody backs beat us up like sammy morrs, willie parker, chester taylor. While we shut down guys like shaun alexander and curtis martin. Now while Their offense is very potent, their defense leaves a lot to be desired, especially in the way of run defense ranking 26th in yards 22nd in yards per attempt and 12th in td's compared to us who ranked 7th in rush yards allowed 3rd in yards per attempt and 2nd in td's. I just don't see it with their defense. With that said however Carson Palmer is easily the best qb in that division, and yes I'm confident enough to say that even though he's only played half a season. They're my pick to take the afc north this year. Any Team with Kyle F'n Boller the clowns is a division cincy can win. Roethlisberg will take a big nose dive this season. -

Titans Up Offer For Henry
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to envirojeff's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The titans "upping" their offer tells me we should keep holding out a little longer. It's no secret Chris Brown has proven he can't stay healthy. It's also no secret that Bud Adams at the Owners meeting made it known he wants Travis Henry on the titans(Per Adam Schefter NFL TOTAL ACCESS) I don't want to get into semantics that we would've gotten more for henry if we traded him at his peak last year. The fact is we couldn't. Mcgahee's progress was a virtual unknown. It wasn't worth the risk to trade henry for a pick in a weak draft. We probably also wouldn't have gotten a 1st anyway as it was known by most nfl scouts this past draft was rb heavy (Even though I could care less about any of these backs, but thats a different story) So We're here now with the titans slowly uping their offer, and I say Donahoe should stick with the line. Don't budge till we get a 3rd rd pick at least.. Throw out character issues, injury history or whatever you want to do to discredit Henry but he's proven he can be succesful in this league, and while he's no marshall faulk, or corey dillon he's worth more than a 4th rd pick. We hold the cards here not the titans. They need a rb more than we do....... Henry is nothing more than a backup to us right now, but he's a guy who has rushed for over 1300 yards in 2 consecutive seasons with double digit td's. Worst case scenairo we get nothing he walks next year. Best Case- titans up their offer and we get something for him. Either one I'd be fine with. Despite what Henry says he has 1 year remaining on his contract If by the season he's not traded he won't be stupid enough to sit out an entire year and not get paid. He'd only be hurting himself. -
Maybe it's just me but I don't think Koren Robinson is good at all. Way too many drops, basically all he has is speed, and that hasn't worked out too well for him. Maybe it was because he's not a wco receiver which the hawks run, but I just think he's too one dimensional and not good at anything else.

Sullivan reports ATL to cut Price
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to WillisMcThrillis's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If this is true I'd gladly take Price back as the #3 wr, it would make reed dispensable and give us a pretty good set of wr's. However there are teams out there like you mentioned. Dallas, seems to be impressed with quincy morgan lately, but them, tampa, or a team like KC all might be interested in signing price. That and I'd like to see what Parrish has to offer, but If price did come back for less money, and to play a lesser role I'd take him and not think twice. -

Mom Hires Stripper for sons 16th bday
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to MartyBall4Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Dear God Where did she pick that stripper up at. Tranny Palace? P.S. THAT'S NOT THE MOM "CAPTION UNDER PICTURE" Cassandra Joyce Park, 29, left, who police say used the stage name "Sassy," danced at the 16th birthday party for Landon Harris, right, in September. -

MartyBall4Buffalo replied to MartyBall4Buffalo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
actually this was why she got caugt Anette Pharris took photos at the party and tried to have them developed at a nearby drug store. Drug store employees notified authorities, police said. Incredibly poor judgement either way. I understand she wants to do something nice for her son. I don't know pay some of the car insurance money when he gets his license, umm give him a hundred dollars. I'd be a little freaked out if my mom bought me a stripper and took pictures of it. -
Mom Indicted for Hiring Stripper for Son's 16th Birthday NASHVILLE, Tenn. (May 29) - A mother faces criminal charges after she hired a stripper to dance at her 16-year-old son's birthday party. Anette Pharris, 34, has been indicted by a grand jury on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and involving a minor in obscene acts. The boy's father, the stripper and two others also face charges. ''I tried to do something special for my son,'' Pharris said. ''It didn't harm him.'' About 10 people under the age of 18 were at the birthday party in September, including minors who were not related to the family, authorities said. Police spokesman Don Aaron said minors are not permitted in adult establishments. ''A person shouldn't be allowed to circumvent that law by hiring a stripper, a lady who took all her clothes off and spent a good amount of time dancing around minors,'' he said. Anette Pharris took photos at the party and tried to have them developed at a nearby drug store. Drug store employees notified authorities, police said. ''Who are they to tell me what I can and can't show to my own children?'' the mother said. http://aolsvc.news.aol.com/news/article.ad...S00010000000001

NFL Football is in the air....
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to Buftex's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I always appreciate people saving me money... Thanks I think from reading this PFW is pretty spot on about most of their analysis and predictions. except for NFL PREDICTIONS: AFC Divison winners: Patriots (10-6), Steelers (11-5), Colts (13-3), Chargers (10-6) AFC Wildcards: Jets (10-6), Ravens (10-6) As of today I say AFC division Winners: Chiefs (13-3), Pats (12-4), Jaguars (11-5), Bengals (10-6) AFC Wildcards: Colts (10-6) Jets (9-7) If KC gets any semblence of a defense at all which I think they can they're gonna be extremly tough to beat, with one if not the best offense in the league. The Jags gave the colts fits last year as long as Taylor is ready by the start of the season and he can stay healthy the jags should make some noise. The Bengals I was debating about due to the ravens and the steelers defense. Than I had flashbacks of Carson Palmer carving up that ravens d in the 4th quater of a game last year. He's the best qb in that division, They have good offensive weapons and i think their d will improve. That and I just can't go with any team who's starting qb is Kyle Boller(yuck). I look for ben rothelisberger to take a big step back. PFW'S ROOKIES TO WATCH 2005 Rookies to watch: Top 3: Mark Clayton (WR-RAVENS), Cedric Benson (RB-Dolphins), Carnell Williams (RB Bucs) Others worth watching (beyond their top 20): Roscoe Parrish (#30 overall) My Rookies to Wach Top 3: Troy Williamson(Wr- Minnesota). Mike Williams (Wr- Detroit) Marcus Spears( De- Dallas) The Bills I think as of now will finish 7-9. Due to inconsistent line play, 1st year jitters by JP, and Lindells inability to kick fg's will cost us a few games. We have the talent to be a playoff team and possibly more, but we won't win close games until we get a real kicker, and that will be the #1 reason why we miss the playoffs in 2005 Once again thanks for posting this It's definitly appreciated -
Dan Pompei is an Idiot

I'm tired of talking about drew bledsoe as he's no longer a part of this team and playing for a team I hate more than any other in the nfl. However on what basis is Holcomb Better than Bledsoe? Holcomb has neever started a full season, and when he did fill in for couch in 2002, and made the playoffs he started a whoping 5 games(4 regular season and 1 postseason) and had these amazing stats. 2002 cle | 5 | 64 106 60.4 790 7.5 8 4 Yes he had a good playoff game against the steelers, but they lost. And Well when he did get the opportunity to start the next year the browns went an amazing 5-11 under Holcomb who btw finished with these stats TOTAL | 193 302 1797 10 12 Yet again simply amazing All career highs btw in passes/attempts/yards/td's/int's. With that said. While Holcomb is a good qb to have for a fill in for a game or 2, much to your dismay he is indeed not better than Drew Bledsoe, and that my friend is REALITY MAN. I'll give you this time now to let it sink in slowly.......... -

So Basically our rb is great. and as long as willis , evans and moulds stay healthy we'll move the ball and score points while our defense continues to be stout, but we're gonna go 4-12 despite having, the ability to stop teams and score points Does this make logic? -
I'm definitly in the camp that willis is a franchise player. This teams best player won't be JP Losman, or Lee Evans, or Eric Moulds. The hope of making the postseason will rely on Willis Mcgahee and the defense. With that said. I wouldn't go out and pay willis just yet. Yes he was only a 4 yard carry back last season. However a lot of that has to do with our olines inability to push the pile on run plays. Willis broke a hell of a lot of tackles and had a good # of runs for 20+ yards. Sometimes 2-3 times a game. The problem was the run was also stuffed a lot due to poor run blocking. Mcgahee bounches off defenders like a bowling ball, and I highly doubt many backs would've averaged all that much better than willis. Hell Tomlinson the best rb in football only averaged 3.9 on a playoff team in sd. Willis's was only 1 year removed from a devestating knee injury I fully expect a huge season out of him this year. I also may be going the true homerstic view but I truly expect by the end of this year willis will live up to what everyone thought he would be before his knee injury. Just Wait. Willis IS AND WILL PROVE TO BE A FRANCHISE PLAYER. BANK ON IT

Anyone got any good ways of killing poison ivy
MartyBall4Buffalo replied to The Poojer's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Definitly a thread I can relate to as I have gotten poison ivy what seems like every year like clock work. Always near the beginning of june. I know all the medications and at first sign now I go to the doc and get a prescription for the steroid pills and it clears up in a few days. To Stop the itch I take hot showers. The hottest water your skin to stand and it always works stops the itch for hours at a time. However be fair warned some people complain about this method cause it can cause spreading of the oils, however I haven't had the problem. I also take vitamin c pills, 2000 mg's every 2 hours, and up to 10,000 mg's during the course of the day. I found this method due to the antioxidant and the ability to boost the immune system drys out the rash. I never tried the bleech method, and I won't, but I have used deodorant sticks to rub over the rash to dry it out. However after you do that don't use that stick for your pits anymore I'd advise if you get the rash get to a doctor get the cortisol shot and a prescription for the pills. That or try using natrual supplements. Plenty of warm showers and high doses of vitamin c throughout the day. This method has worked for some as some people who do this no longer get the rash. I guess they build an immunity. However I don't know how to get rid of the plant. I'd advise getting a landscaper and not doing it yourself -
