I think some people have this misconception that Dick Vermeil is soft because he cries after victories. This is untrue. Infact I remember vermeil getting in trouble in st. louis and kc for running one of the hardest training camps in the league. Basically he pushes his players to the max, and holds young players responsible. Look how larry johnson exploded shortly after vermeil told him he has to take off the diapers. It was a wake up call that served LJ Well. Vermeil gets the most of his team, and would be an excellent choice for head coach. Turner is another guy like you said like gregg williams while lacking the ability to be a head coach in an excellent coordinator. I also wouldn't mind Joe Vitt from the rams. He seemed to adapt pretty well when given the opportunity to take over for martz and brought balance to the rams. He's also a runningback coach, so you know he'll like to run the run the football. Singletary is interviewing for several head coaching jobs the way I hear it, so we probably wont get him. But I'd love this as well. I also wouldn't mind someone like Dick Jauron, or Jim Bates to fill the dc role.

I know it's too early for the 2007 draft but I would love to get Dwayne Jarrett when he comes out. That guy has it all size, hands and speed.

Lendalle White is gonna be a great pro. I'd personally rather have white then bush. Someone who can wear you out throughout the course of a game then the quick hitter. For all the press bush gets I think white is gonna be great and doesnt get the press that he should.

If Saunders doesnt get a head coaching job I'll be shocked and if he doesnt get a hc job money says he ends back up in kc, although I'd absolutly love to get him. I wanted him as a head coach. I'll definitly take him as an offensive coordinator but thats grasping at straws. Jim Bates would be great defensive coordinator, but he's likely to stay in green bay probably. I'll take Capers as a defensive coordinator.

As an offensive coordinator I could deal with norv turner. Although he has a penchant for draw plays on 3rd and long, but he does commit to running the ball. It's a better option then sam wyche who I dont understand at all. How about Joe Vitt from the rams? he's a running backs guy and brought a more balanced attack to the rams offense.

I hope whoever we get as an offensive coordinator is not a former quaterback or quaterbacks coach or obsessed with passing. I dont have any names to throw out but hopefully it's someone with a run to win philosophy.

Larry Johnson looks like the better pick. I just disagree that it was one of donahoes bigger mistakes. Now trading 3 picks for JP Losman on the other hand.......
