  1. Isn’t he wanted in Buffalo for hitting some chick with his car on Elmwood, or something like that?
  2. I meant guys who actually play on game day.
  3. Let's not get carried away. Moss was very effective at eating up the clock on extended drives a few times this year. Williams is still unproven. Success in a game after the opponents heart was already ripped out doesn't count. Understood. Time to review the past few active rosters and see where that luxury guy might be...
  4. I assume if you did that, you would be sitting Taiwan Jones, but he is a pretty big contributor on special teams last I checked. Not sure what other roster spot could sacrifice the depth.
  5. Oh man, now I remember that. I must have drank that memory away when it happened.
  6. As long as they don't start the game by pinning us inside our 10 over and over, we should be able to put up some quick points. If we are able to take the run out of their gameplan and contain Jackson we will be good. And yes, I know that is easier said than done.
  7. Well, on the bright side, McDermott doesn’t have to wait for the end of the game to start preparing for the Ravens.
  8. I was honestly amazed that the fans didn’t try to crowd the lower bowl in the end zone on the Colts last possession. I thought passion would take over and the fans would break the rules to try and impact the game. I didn’t see a single Colts fan on tv. Were there any there?
  9. This is why we all wanted to face the Steelers.
  10. They were so confident, they decided to spot the Browns 14 points.
  11. Maybe Rodgers finally gets his man back?
  12. Yeah, that’s the one I was talking about. I actually think it was a beautiful, intentional attempt to catch us off guard.
  13. Yeah, that was crazy. I think it really dictated the play calling for much of the game. They also almost pulled off the worlds longest onside kick, but thankfully Robert’s noticed in time and dove on it.
  14. Damn, that call on Kmet was total bs. He threw the ball to the ref.
  15. And special teams. They gave us everything they had in all 3 phases.
  16. I have no idea if he was in the right lane or not, all I know is that Phillip Rivers is a damn good veteran QB and he exploited the blitz as well as I have seen all year. Just a tough matchup that we thankfully survived.
  17. I noticed during the game that we were in the right Defense, and in position to make plays, but either missed tackles or just missed perfectly thrown passes that were in a spot that only the receiver could reach.
  18. Yeah, praying to face the Steelers feels like one of those "be careful what you wish for" scenarios. I think this team has the ability to beat any of these teams, regardless of who gets through, but the Steelers have a ton of playoff experience, and will be a completely different team in January than they were last month. I still think we can beat them, mostly because of Old Ben showing his age and a bad running game, but they have a great Defense and we can't count on this receivers continuing to drop balls that hit them in their hands.
  19. Rivers seemed able to exploit the blitz at will in this game, especially on 3rd down. Our Defense definitely had that bend but don’t break feel to it yesterday. I am happy that we lived to fight another day, and I am confident Frazier and McDermott will make the necessary adjustments for next week.
  20. Good point honestly. I hadn’t really thought of it that way. Klein appeared to be one hell of a good pass rusher when used properly.
  21. Georgia Southern - 1 UGA - 0
  22. Yup. Tip of the cap to them. They gave us everything they had.
