    Yeah, I saw that happen way too many times against the Patriots. I kept expecting him to change it up and have a counter move, but if he did, I never saw it.

    This kind of confirms what I have felt about Allen, without knowing the stats. He often does more than just trying to get just enough for the 1st, he plays with confidence and continues to try and push it down the field.

    Deserve? No. Did they earn it? No, they got beat by the 2 best teams in the AFC, Buffalo and Cincy. But did the NFL do the right thing by awarding it to them? I guess. Short of having us finish our game against the Bengals, there was no other easy way to do it. But my dislike for the arrogant Chiefs fans has grown exponentially this year because of it.

    Damar's father talked to the team yesterday, and in Josh's words, he "demanded" that they go out there and play for Damar. There is ZERO chance that they phone it in.

    I think it is that, combined with waiting to see if the game even “needs” to be played, based on this weeks results. (Ie, if we win and the Chiefs and Bengals happen to lose).
