  1. We'll make some noise! At the appropriate times of course.
  2. That's funny. I lived on Norwalk in college and that is my top 3 as well.
  3. Looks like he might have ended his career with an ejection. Bummer. Very Tasker like but at least Tasker got in the game.
  4. For me it will always be Bocce's
  5. No, of course not... it's Two Dills Brive.
  6. Umm, I disagree. They would not have won this game if Antonio Gates would have been playing. Don't believe the hype. They go 8-8 even with the easy schedule. We know what happens to Drew when the going gets tough. Expect a meltdown.
  7. Check out this thread, it's pretty good. It's the one I posted above with the ensuing responses. http://bbs.buccaneers.com/showthread.php?t=100246
  8. This post isn't too bad though: (posted by Bills fan) Bills Vs Bucs... How do the teams stack up? -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Have at it sailors..... QB: TB, Don't get me wrong, Greise isn't good, but Losman is facing his first REAL D. RB: BUF, Willis is an elite back, i like Caddy but we stuff ALL RB's WR: BUF, Emo, Sweetlee 83, are better.... Clayton is good, but he and Evans fought it out for best rookie last year... do you like yards or TD's? Moulds is way better than Galloway. OL: Push, don't know much about yours, ours played well week 1, I don't like Walker, or TE Push, no dominant TE in the game... although your rook played well, I'm not sold yet...but I'm leaning TB DL Push, Rice is a force, Schoebl and Kelsay as a group I like better. Our interior is better, Havan is crap, Macfarland ....crap LB: BUF, Spikes, Fletch vs Quarles and Brooks would be a push, Posey is better than Nece... Bills have faster LBs. DB: BUF, Barber is good, but not Nate Clements good, McGee and Kelly are a wash... our interior, Milloy and Vincent, have about 25 years ex, about 10 probowls, and probably about 30 INT's between them.... They make the difference ST: BUF, we had the best special teams in football last year, you still haven't returned a kickoff for a TD... don't start Sunday P: Push, Moorman is one of the leagues best, biudwell not bad either... home field makes this a push K: TB, five for five, smive for smive...I hate Lindell. There you have it, we are the better team. Prove me wrong.
  9. The one guy said Cadillac Williams would put up 135 yards and 2 TD's and that clown agreed. Way to support your team there buddy.
  10. I hate to cheer against a young player like Arrington, but after Green was flappin' his lips about not needing Henry because he got a stud in the draft etc. etc. I am going to enjoy their crappy season a bit more than usual.
  11. I disagree. I think we made them look bad but they are actually a decent offense. I'm guessing that they will turn it around in the next couple of weeks which will make our Defense look even better.
  12. He said that in his interview with Michael Irvin before the game on Sunday. Saying stuff like, "I'm human too and I have feelings". and, "they should have been saying let's win it for TO because he is working so hard in rehab". It was hilarious.
  13. To me the most annoying thing about Madden is that he refuses to recognize the AFC. All he ever talks about is NFC teams and players and how great they are. Yeah... in the 80's.
  14. This sounds like a post for the new Ladies Lounge. But I agree, it should be same sex.
  15. I will be heading down from Atlanta. Would love to find a bunch of Bills fans to tailgate with. I plan on heading down to the stadium around 9:30 or 10am. My seats are way up high but hopefully we can move down in the second half when all of the disgruntled Bucs fans head home.
  16. He was staying with the receiver. If he stepped up, Carr would have had an easy touchdown toss.
  17. The announcers questioned that one too. Probably too close to call on a review but I agree, it appeared as though he stepped out.
  18. Nice prediction there...
  19. I saw that. I couldn't believe he did it. He looked like he was having a great time.
  20. Even if this is true, it will change if he proves his worth on the field. When you are highly confident and unproven, you are cocky. When you are highly confident and successful on the field you are a good leader. Some veterans probably dislike being bossed around by someone who has not had success at this level...yet.
  21. I thought he looked ok considering the Pat's run defense is pretty stout. The problem was that Oakland gave up on the run too early and kept taking shots down field. That may have been because Jordan was not conditioned well enough to play a full game yet, he seemed to be winded quite often. They had to spell him with Zack Crockett in the third quarter because he was tired (I believe). He seems to be a decent reciever from the backfield however.
  22. It's all in fun. But honestly, if I was going to have my son emulate any QB in this league right now to learn how to play the position, it would be Brady. His poise in the pocket and patience with his progressions is fun to watch. He is clearly a leader on that team, which is why he could talk to Dillon the way he did and motivate him to play better. I like bashing Brady and the Pat's as much as the next guy, but damn, he continues to earn my respect on the field.
  23. I smell poll... Coincidentaly, Miami fans lick pole...
  24. excellent post for number 4,000. Well said.
