They actually did play Shout over the sound system at one point. The Bills fans went nuts, they must not have known the meaning of the song. There were tons of Bills fans where I was sitting and the Jags fans around me were bitching. I was 9 rows from the field around the 10 yard line and we were loud enough to actually make the Jags signal calling harder at times. When the Bills had the ball we all kept signaling for the Jags fans to quiet down. They were only really loud once or twice during the game. It was a great time!

I was surprised that the Jaguars let us wear those uni's on Sunday. I thought for sure they would choose their white uni's and force us to wear dark blue in that heat. As ugly as these uni's may be, at least they were white.

Yeah because the NFL never gives an unfair advantage to teams that it would prefer to be the poster boys for the league. They never did all they could for Brady and the Pats*, it was my imagination... Just wait and see how much hype the Broncos get in the coming weeks.

Now that Brady is out the Broncos appear to be the new league pet. I noticed in their first game this year that numerous calls went their way and they seemed to get all the close calls. That trend continued this week to the point where I am certain they will have an angel watching out for the all season in the form of NFL officials. I'm sick of hearing how great they are already. Let the ballwashing begin...

I went to the last game in Jacksonville as well as the last one in Tampa. I live in Atlanta but I'm here to tell you those games were frickin hot. The team did not hold up well, especially the Tampa game (when we wore our throwbacks early in the season). Hopefully our Defensive depth will pay off this game and help us wear out an already depleted offensive line. I on the other hand, plan on staying hydrated with plenty of beer.

So what is the lucky shirt etiquette? Are we allowed to wash them between wearings or do they have to remain unwashed. I will be wearing my winning shirt, a Bills hawaiin style shirt, to the Jax game this week. It will be very hot at the game and I imagine the shirt will get a bit sweaty. Will I be wearing it again in week 3, since we'll be 2-0, without washing it?

I actually just checked on the Jags website because as you said, it is not sold out. It looks like I paid face value, $100 for the tickets. The additional $20 was commission and delivery. So all in all I am happy to get decent seats at close to face value. Next time I'll wait to buy them there though.

Oh, I agree with you, I would rather spend the money I wasted on golf the day before or beer during the game. I was just nervous that I might not be able to find a decent seat once I got there after driving for 5 hours. Live and learn.

BOOO!!!! I think Losman would do well in that system which is exaclty why we should never make that trade. They are now going to be scrambling for a new starter or backup and there is no reason to make that easier on them.

I agree the JP will want to leave and have a shot at starting somewhere next season. (I imagine the New England would be calling us right now if we were not in the same division.) But man did I love having Frank Reich around back in the day. What a great feeling knowing your backup can step in and keep things going when he is needed.
