    I do not believe they are all in on him. I believe he will get a shot at winning the position, but Rex has been clear that he will look elsewhere as needed.

    I really wanted Green Bay because I felt they had the better chance of beating the Pats*. Now I am forced to root for the Seahawks. I believe many Bills fans feel this way.

    Maybe a team like Seattle, who will lose their DC after the season, or Denver who may lose theirs will interview him when the time is right. It only takes one team.

    On top of taxes, and I agree about his tax bracket, he also have agent fees. Not sure how much that is, but I'm sure it ain't cheap. Also, the previous poster assuming a 6% return is great but the market is not exactly a sure thing these days. He is not going to be a pauper, but he is not necessarily set for life yet either.

    He seems so sincere to me and I am glad our facilities make a good impression. Better than him walking into a gym with an 80's era Nautilus machine, a few thigh masters and some shake weights. Kudos to the Bills organization!

    He seems genuinely excited to be playing for Rex and I believe this coaching staff will know how to use him. I say please bring him back.

    If he comes out now, I predict he is a second or third rounder, especially if he lights it up at the Combine, which I believe he would. If he stays in school and spends the season on the bench, which is possible, then he may drop next year or have to come back one more year to get the exposure. I am guessing he comes out...

    I think that in the long run he will have a very successful coaching career in the NFL. He is early in his career and will blossom outside of Marrone's shadow in my opinion.

    I did not want him originally, but I voted approve. He is thought of very highly around the NFL and this shows the Pegulas are willing to do whatever it takes to build a winner and garner respect in Buffalo.
