    great update. There are going to be a couple of tough cuts on that list. I want all 4 of those TE's, but I don't see it happening. Maybe Croom to PS? I think Streater makes roster and maybe Shorts to PS? I really like Walt Powell but he always seems like odd man out.

    i was more being sarcastic about the usual drivel we get by guys who know nothing about the team and mention players who aren't even on the team anymore or get the names wrong. I could not care less where people rank us prior to even playing a pre-season game.

    That was actually pretty well written. At least he actually knows who is on the team, unlike some of the national writers I've seen in the past.

    I believe that is 2-2 in division and conference before we start. Everyone knows the Jets are tanking.

    i don't doubt it. He is going to play for the head coach that gave him his first NFL start and clearly believes in his abilities. Here, unfortunately, he was an unproven commodity and was buried on the depth chart and likely the odd man out. Had to be a relief.

    IF this were true, 2 of our wins would most likely be against the Jets, so this "football expert" is predicting we win 2 games total against our other 12 opponents. This includes 3 games against teams he predicted 7-9, one against a team he has at 8-8 and 2 against teams at 5-11. I like our odds to beat his prediction by at least 4 wins.

    To hear the story told by fans there had to be around 400,000 people there, but none of them left early. I unfortunately had to watch a recording of it after the game due to the blackout.

    football players do you get paid less then basketball and baseball players, and have no guaranteed salaries, but then again, there are many more players on the team and a much higher risk of career ending injury.
