  1. I'm a bit surprised you can do that. Seems like an unfair advantage.
  2. Fair enough ricko. We certainly all hope that you are correct and we can become true rivals for the division again soon. Well, I hope we dominate you, but you know what I mean.
  3. No McCoy, no credit. lots of people predicted the Dennison firing.
  4. No curtain call until McCoy is announced (and possibly Tice) IF that happens, I will give you credit for a great call. Anyone could have called this firing (and others did) but if you get the firing, the timing and the hire correct, take a bow.
  5. Not directed at you, but in general, I do not believe there will be a single OC hire that everyone will be on board with. I have heard negative comments on all of the potential candidates.
  6. Run game not withstanding, I have heard (but have not verified) that our offense produced one second half touchdown in the last 7 games of the season, and that was Kyle's run. If that is true, and is not considered grounds for dismissal of the OC, I don't know what is.
  7. He is comparing it to what they produced the year before and what their overall potential was to start the season. Not to the rest of the league. That wouldn’t give a fair assessment of his production with this unit.
  8. Fyi, that was not why he closed the thread. But I do like that he re-opened it to let DD know he could tell he was misrepresenting where he was.
  9. Welcome to the "off-season".
  10. Don't know anything about him. Good offensive mind? Hopefully this means he's getting better: Under Daboll the Browns had the NFL's 32nd ranked offense in 2009[1] and the 29th ranked offense in 2010.[2] Daboll was named Offensive Coordinator of the Miami Dolphins under Tony Sparano in 2011, with his Dolphins improving from 30th in the league to 20th in overall offense
  11. I agree with this.
  12. I LOVE the fact that this leadership team is constantly trying to get better. Rather than accepting things for what they are, they are constantly tweaking and fine tuning. (such as trades, practice squad moves etc.) Can't wait to see what they do next!
  13. NO WAY he was correct on Shady, sorry. He waffled back and forth constantly so that he could get credit either way, I even pointed it out in his thread. Most of his posts said he would NOT play. That being said, I will give him credit if he is right about the hire.
  14. If Mike McCoy is hired, he absolutely gets credit in my book. if Mike Tice is brought on board too, then I am a true believer.
  15. Seems like Jags are there every year
  16. so wait, why are you here? Pats* fan? (not being douche-y, just curious)
  17. Well, that, or trying to sign him to a contract. If he TRULY wants to stay, he could avoid the free agent market and sign with the Rams.
  18. It makes me sad that we are back to focussing on this, but I appreciate the info.
  19. Luck is no sure thing anymore either the way his shoulder has been.Too risky in my opinion.
  20. Guess that means he's gonna beef up again in the off season, I know he's done it before.
  21. Out of curiosity, does anyone remember why Aaron Rodgers dropped down the draft board in his draft. IIR he and Alex Smith were one and 2 but then Rodgers fell down to Green Bay. I ask because there are a lot of QB's (comparatively) in this draft and it makes me wonder who might slip.
  22. LOL. There were only 7 votes for McCoy before DD predicted he was gonna get the job.
  23. Exactly. There is some good conversation if you block out the noise. No reason to get mad if someone wants to make wild speculations/predictions, just enjoy the banter and see what happens.
  24. I REALLY hope we get him. I wanted him even before we had McDermott here.
