If we keep Tyrod. I'm done.
buffaloboyinATL replied to BuffaloBud420's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Finally, a solid reason to retain Tyrod as our QB. -
Sam Darnold not throwing at combine

I think Allen has the most upside (highest ceiling) but unfortunately, he is also probably the highest risk of failure as well. -
Or Christian Kirk.

Lol. They list Tyrod as a long shot at best, everywhere but Cleveland.

Actually, there are British and Canadian versions of Aero bars, coffee crisp, Smarties etc, but the chocolate in the Canadian version taste much better in my opinion. I can get the British versions in some Supermarkets in ATL, but I have to get the Canadian versions when I head up to Bflo to visit. I agree re: Mackintosh. I really like the Maple Sugar candies I used to get in Canada.

Josh Allen = Philip Rivers?! Damn, now I want him again. -
NFL Announces 2018 Compensatory Picks

Jersey Bills is right, you must not hold your left nut in high esteem. You would sacrifice a testical for the Pats* daft BUSTS?! And you would throw in our busts for good measure? You either have a really strong opinion of your right nut, or you feel 2 nuts are superfluous. Either way, your scrotum is lucky you are not an NFL GM. -
Jaguars Extend Marrone, Coughlin, and Caldwell

I guess there is a reason his system works. -
I don't understand what they are EACH protesting either. Some are protesting the anthem, some are protesting police brutality, some are protesting racism or racial inequality etc. That has been the problem with this "protest", it does/did not necessarily have an achievable end result in mind. I understand that it was "designed" to raise awareness, but the message got lost in the method. Many people took it as disrespect to the country and or the military, or attached their own meaning without necessarily understanding what each individual player hoped to achieve through his protest. So it is understandable that the message is lost on many... (by the way, I am not saying they don't have the right to use their platform as they see fit, and I am definitely not in the "shut up and play" camp, I am just pointing out that the message got muddled because of how the masses interpreted the way the protests were carried out.)

Interesting, not Hackett? -
Shouldn't a simple question only have one question mark? I am sure they have a dream scenario of the one guy they want and will do whatever they can, without sacrificing the entire draft, to get him. I also believe they have contingency plans in place should that one option prove to be too costly.

Do you think the Jills will ever come back?
buffaloboyinATL replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No way. With all of these sexual harassment charges being filed everyday, it seems to risky. Awful that it has to even be an issue, but adding cheerleaders into a male dominated sports environment seems like asking for trouble these days. -
“Rested” Gary Barnidge ready to roll
buffaloboyinATL replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So basically he made $700K to stay home versus $900K to play. I have to assume there would have been some incentives in that minimum contract that he could have hit as well. It will be interesting to see what kind of offers he gets a year removed from being in "playing shape". -
UGA Cleans House in Recruiting
buffaloboyinATL replied to atlbillsfan1975's topic in College Football
That Fields kid that they brought in this year looks like he could be a good one as well. If things go as planned, UGA is set at QB for the next few years. -
I guess you could argue that playing next to Lotulelei boosted Kawann Short's production instead. I did not watch them close enough this year to know if it is true, but it is possible. This quote from the article Royale posted says as much: " He does the dirty work while the rest of the defense cleans up. With Star’s immense size and strength, teams understand they have to be very weary [sic] of Star or else he will punish. Without Star, guys such as Kawann Short, Mario Addison, Thomas Davis, and even Luke Kuechly would not have the same amount of success they’ve had with him."

Jets QB situation: Who would scare you the most?
buffaloboyinATL replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I voted Rosen. I really don't want them to get better in any way, but I fear that Rosen could be a dominant QB in this league for years to come and I either want him on the Bills or in another division. Probably strange that I feel like Cousins is "less of a threat" but I guess it is because he is a known entity and I feel like I know where his ceiling is.
