  1. I was about to post the same thing. I wouldn’t think anyone would trade for Kiko, but then again, I didn’t think anyone would trade for Bodine either.
  2. He effectively retired due to lingering injuries. If you start refunding fans money every time an injury effects the teams chances of winning games, you are on a slippery slope. Even with the unfortunate timing, a true fan still cheers for their team, even against all odds. Suck it up and cheer for the players who did not retire and if you don’t want to attend the games, sell your tickets.
  3. We did. He was like Incognito. Brought his suspension with him.
  4. You need to consider the source. It was ex-Patriot, Rob Ninkovich, that said the Patriots were the best Defense in the AFC east. Not exactly an objective analyst.
  5. Just finding a way to stash Love. Mrs. Wesley will be missed...
  6. Then you’ve never seen The Princess Bride.
  7. I want to say 9-10, so I chose 10-11 to err on the side of optimism.
  8. Not that there’s anything wrong with that...
  9. He is not the answer to anyone’s RB woes.
  10. A preseason like this one makes me wish they would increase the active roster size by 2-3 more. And don’t even get me started on game day inactives. Ridiculous.
  11. My only guess would be other priorities. Perhaps they feel the need to free up this money so that they can spend it somewhere else.
  12. Buzzing? Hell, in my opinion, Twitter is full on hammered.
  13. I am still not sure how I feel about this. On the surface, I would love to have him because he is a damn good football player, but once you factor in injury history, desired salary, etc, it starts to feel like a bad fit. That being said, I trust Beane and McDermott to make the right call.
  14. Although Hockensen will likely be a great TE in this league, I hope we will always think of him as one of the 8 players that helped Ed Oliver fall into our lap.
  15. I only chose six but really wanted 7. I struggled between Foster and Ray Ray but ultimately chose Foster for his skill set.
  16. Yes, because no one ever learns when they get to the pros. They all learn everything they need to know in college and show up at the peak of their game.
  17. Lol! So true. They called Duke Williams a “first year player out of Auburn”. Way to dig deep on that pre game research.
  18. This is so very true. I actually re-watched the game this morning because there was so much negativity on the board. All in all, another decent performance, with plenty to be encouraged by.
  19. I think Ray Ray played with a lot of heart last night. He may not be good enough, but damn, the effort was there.
  20. I think Eli will "win the job", but damn, he will be constantly looking over his shoulder. 1 bad quarter might be enough to get him replaced.
  21. I still have not been there yet but I am dying to go. Many of my family members say they are their favorite. I heard their Beef on Weck is stellar as well. I will be heading there when I come to town for a game in November. I usually find Anchor Bar too saucy and Duffs crispy and not over sauced. We have a Duffs in the Atlanta area now too, which is a huge bonus. If you don't prefer the "big 3", which ones are your favorite. (p.s., I agree that Anchor Bar is for tourists)
