    His agent stated Friday that the only criteria for a trade is that the team be a contender. I think being the defending N.L Champions makes us a contender. We have made a very good offer for him, I think it's way too much actually, they would be fools not to take it.

    The Cardinals currently have the best offer on the table according to everything I've heard. Most people think he's going to be a Cardinal T. Anything could happen though.

    Yeah Pete, it's cool if Ben Wallace goes after someone for playing the game both of them are paid to play, but let's fry Ron Artest for being physically assaulted and kicking the guys ass. You make A LOT OF SENSE!!

    I'm not saying it's wrong to feel the way you do about this. Fighting isn't the answer in some situations for some people. This would cause me to enter a fight however. I'm glad that the team I root for is a lot like me in that they reacted in the same manner I would.

    There's a big difference. The court at an NBA game is within easy range of the fans. NFL players aren't at risk of being hit with stuff because the bench is so far removed from the fans.

    The NBA players union will be filing something very soon. I'm not worried at all. This suspension will not hold up forever.
