I would have to assume that the Cardinals rotations looks like this if we don't get a top flight pitcher from Oakland (Moulder or Zito). Carpenter Suppan Morris Ankiel Harren Ankiel could be the ace we need if he can rebound and pitch like he did in 2000. He's pitching well in winter ball. Harren also has nasty stuff, he's just young. I think Cabrerra ends up in St. Louis for 6-7 million a year which is fine. I have no real clue about second base. Maybe Bo Hart ends up there.

The Cardinals payroll is like 85 million and it feels like we are outmatched 20 times over. It would be like the Bills having to trade every top star they have to the Cowboys and the Cowboys having an all star team every year filled with stars from the poor teams.

You have no idea how frustrating watching this stuff happen is for anyone that isn't a Sox/Yankees fan. The Sox are JUST AS BAD now.

St. Louis is desperately lacking pitching. I have a feeling that the A's are going to get rid of another pitcher though. St. Louis fans are starting to get pissed, but the simple fact is that we don't have the payroll of the Yankees or Sox or even the Mets. Baseball's monetary rules are so screwed up it's not funny.

You guys suck at first, C, and in the outfield (depending on who you get). Smoltz is going to bomb in the rotation. The guy is finished as a starter. It's a nice pickup though.

Seattle is getting fleeced. Beltre will go back to his usual production now that he has the paycheck. Hudson to Atlanta isn't a big deal, that team is getting stripped.

The bottom line is, it's win or else for the Bills. If they can't beat Cincy on the road in this sitatuion, they aren't ready to compete with the big boys. The Bengals are hardly a dominant team. 27-17 Bills.

Travis Henry - 5 starts, 23 sacks given up against Bledsoe Willis McGahee- 8 starts, 9 sacks against Bledsoe Tell me those numbers don't jump out at you. Now obviously Travis didn't give up a lot of those sacks, but I think it's a good indicator that Willis is doing a good job with his pass protection.

While I don't really care for rap, I have no personal problem with the performer himself but when you decide to play with coke, crack, heroin, whatever, it's like playing with your life. Exactly what does that have to do with this fool OD'ing on coke? You know what though, actually I have something to say in regards to Artest and fans now that you have mentioned him. You saw what happened in Columbus correct? For some it's a beer, for others it's a gun. Security didn't do their job in Detroit and they certainly didn't protect Dimebag Darrell in Columbus. And people think Ron Artest overreacted. Entertainers are not completely safe and that's sad. When one defends themself they get the book thrown at them. Yeah I know the shooter was a pyschopath but it's just an example of what fans can do when motivated.
