  1. Happy birthday Rich!!!!
  2. Well I don't know if their bigger mistake would be to play Henson or to sign and start Drew. Henson may be a better option long term. Drew has shown the NFL he's finished, why would they want to invest in him?
  3. It's exciting, but I thought the same thing before the 2003 season when I got my season tickets. Two years later the Bills are 15-17 and didn't go to the playoffs once. I'd like to see J.P produce something before I get "excited".
  4. OK, when people say you might be worse than a 40 something quarterback who hasn't been worth a crap in 10 years, it might be time to hang it up. "Other than eight years in age, and that both had a previous history with Bill Parcells, what actually is the talent difference between Vinny and Bledsoe? For all of us who cussed Vinny, this might be Big Bill's revenge. Bledsoe could be worse." WORSE THAN VINNY? Drew, just go back to Montana.
  5. It was a joke buddy. Accidents happen.
  6. Maybe Troy will be a little more careful with him this year since the season rests on it this time.
  7. I'll settle for the get well part He doesn't need to play anymore, he's done enough damage.
  8. I spoke too soon, but that was my first thought. It's not natural for someone his age to have a stroke, and with the NFL lifestyle it's not hard to believe that he could be on something.
  9. I'm not saying I think he is using steroids or drugs, but that would be a logical guess considering life in the NFL and his age. I really hope whatever is wrong with him IS natural.
  10. The Great American Ballpark is very nice. I went down there and saw St. Louis beat the Reds 11-10 last summer. It's a very nice park.
  11. I just read that article and it doesn't say anything about a stroke. He just admitted himself because he was having headaches.
  12. It's awful and I hope he's alright, but a stroke is most likely a sign he is using something he shouldn't be.
  13. My 82 year old grandfather is probably better than RJ. Hell a turd in a toilet would probably be better for the franchise than RJ was.
  14. Oh I definately wasn't pleased with Drew's play the last two years, but I don't really think much of an effort was made to shore up the most important position around him on offense, and that is the offensive line. If you are going to have a guy that can't move from the pocket, you better get him an offensive line, something which I don't think we really did.
  15. Drew made a few good points in his conference call when discussing where things went wrong for him and the team offensively. Once Peerless and Centers and Jay left, that is enough to hurt our offense just in itself, but then Eric went down in Drews second year and that's when things got bad for the offense. That in turn led to heads rolling and the installation of a ball control offense with power running. Well that isn't the type of offense that Drew Bledsoe is built for. In reality this decision was made before the season when we drafted J.P Drew was just a stop gap this year and I think it would have taken a HUGE performance from him to stay here. His stats this year (on paper) are about what you get from a quarterback in a running offense. Nothing fancy, but not horrible either. 20 TD's and 15 picks is alright and there have been some good teams in the past with quarterback numbers like that. Drew was basically just in the wrong place at the wrong time in a way.
  16. By 2006 you will see exactly why Drew is packing his bags for Dallas today.

  18. Pioli Polian has had the same problem in Indy he had here in Buffalo. He has put together an offense to win the Super Bowl, but his defense just doesn't cut it because all the money is on the offensive side of the ball. The ONLY reason Buffalo never won a Super Bowl was their defense.

  20. Well think of it like this. It would sound just like last year when Drew threw an INT at the Ralph. BBBBBBBBBBBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. Only this time you wouldn't confuse it with DDDDDDDDRRRRRRRREEEEEWWWWW.
  21. Can you think of any big wins we had with him here where there wasn't something going on with the other team that could impact the game?
  22. HAHAHA. Gary is an idiot. So do the Penguins get rings or what?
  23. Well he didn't start all year. Give him the 4 or 5 games he missed and high might have had 15 or so. That would be 300 yards (actually more, but I'm basing it on 20 yards apiece). He didn't lose nearly that many yards on negative runs.
  24. Hey I'm the only guy that's happy about this. The Penguins went UNDEFEATED!!!!!
  25. Yeah I forgot about that. I'm anxious to see if Reed improves with J.P there though. I think a lot of the struggles our WR's have had is that Drew would lock onto Moulds all the time.
